Kecinding, asap ruangan, perabotan berantakan, kamar mandi berjamur. Manajemen pelit yang tidak membantu kami ketika kami melakukan pemesanan ganda di sistem reservasi. Jalannya panjang dan curam sehingga beberapa taksi atau Grab menolak untuk mendaki. Agar adil, kolamnya bagus. Jaga ekspektasi Anda tetap rendah.

Hotel yang indah dengan kamar yang nyaman (kami masih membutuhkan sertifikat SMA untuk menyalakan air). Pendakian ke hotel cukup mengesankan, pertama kali mengendarai skuter. Tapi itu tidak terjadi, lakukanlah! Sarapan prasmanan pilihannya luas (dengan mengorbankan kualitas yang baik). Kolam besar tempat Anda bisa bersantai atau berenang (tidak terjepit seperti ikan sarden). Saya merekomendasikan.

Nothing to complain about, but it appears more difficult than it appears to be to climb the hill. The service was excellent in every way, and they were incredibly kind and courteous. When ordering beef, be cautious as it is for a european that is quite spicy. Everything was spotless and relaxing by the pool after a day of sightseeing really helped us get back in a laidback mood.

Hotel ini tidak memiliki tanda yang jelas untuk menarik perhatian. Ketika Anda memarkir mobil Anda di malam hari, tidak terlihat batu sama sekali. Saya tidak menyangka ada batu yang menyambung di bawah batu yang menyebabkan mobil tergores. Saya menghubungi pihak hotel. Kata pihak hotel, tempat parkirnya sangat besar, mengapa Anda memarkir mobil Anda tanpa melihat. Seperti itulah tempat parkir hotelnya. Pokoknya itu hanya kalimat, tanggung jawab Anda tidak ada hubungannya dengan hotel dan tanggung jawab tersebut disingkirkan sama sekali. Coba tanya, apakah ada lubang di tengah jalan lebar, jika saya masuk ke dalamnya, apakah itu semua tanggung jawab saya? Bukankah hotel harus menyediakan tempat parkir yang bersih dan bersih untuk pelanggan? Jika tidak, setidaknya buatlah tanda yang jelas di batu-batu tersebut? We stayed here for 4 days and enjoyed every minute of it! The staff is very friendly, special thanks to anwar and shihrul fizat, as well as the chef who went out of their way to please us and make our stay here memorable. Beautiful and quiet surroundings, large pool, clean rooms, well equipped with everything you need. Delicious, affordable food and even better cocktails served by the pool till 11 pm.

I adore the atmosphere here, the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, and the breakfast is delectable. The room and bathroom are impeccably clean. My son thoroughly enjoys swimming in the pool. I highly recommend this place.

Hotel ini hanya berjarak beberapa menit dari Kuah Town. Makanannya agak asin, tapi enak dan sarapannya enak, meskipun sedikit variasinya, tapi sangat bersih. Pengalaman menginap yang santai dan kesopanan staf. Pasti akan kembali ke sini. Sangat berharga.

If you dont mind the noise, stay away from weekends and the poolside room. The way it was resolved was quite commendable. Some rooms have bed bugs issues, but the hotel will quickly address them and move rooms. Some rooms have a bed bug issue, but the hotel will immediately address it and change rooms. It can be annoying because the air conditioner is dripping. There is no soundproofing in the rooms, so you can hear everything outside. Excellent service, lovely concept, lovely pool and chill area, and a good breakfast.

We came here to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. We enjoyed the room and the view of this resort. The staff was very friendly especially a man who always welcomes us with his lovely smile. The room and pool were very clean. The environment is very busy with music. We enjoyed breakfast. They need to improve their breakfast variety, the menu is a bit limited and we stayed 3 days there, we had the same menu for 3 days.

Effective January 1, 2025, the Municipal Council of Langkawi will impose a Heritage Fee of MYR 1-10 per room per night. This tax applies to all 0 to 5-star hotels and must be paid upon check-in. During special events, such as the Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace (LIMA) Exhibition, Le Tour de Langkawi, Ironman Langkawi, and Oceanman Langkawi, the Heritage Fee will increase to MYR 2-20 per room per night.
