This is an awesome stay, located near to balok beach with beautiful scenery. It is worth for money that we have spend. The room is equiped with descent facilities and the bfast is okay with reasonable price for extra pax. Extra mark for them in terms of allowing my early check in request. Will consider this place for my next visit with other types of rooms/chalets.

Our time at the resort was wonderful. Our onenight stay was thoroughly enjoyable for my family and me, it was truly a delightful experience. Kuantan remains a top destination on our list, especially considering its prime location and stunning beaches. Through our research, we were delighted to discover a resort just 200 meters from the beach we adore. A helpful tip for those with young children is to have staff members greet visitors warmly. The cafe next to the resort is a gem that offers much more than just chilled beers. Their juices are refreshing, and the pizza is a musttry. It is open from dawn to midnight, but be prepared to handle any additional luggage on your own. The beach was clean, and fortunately, there were no tidal waves during our visit. Our child had a great time playing in the sand. We also enjoyed a refreshing atv ride along the shore. At night, do not miss a beach stroll, especially since the cafe hosts various shows and the waves get more impressive. The buffet breakfast the next morning was somewhat disappointing, offering limited options. However, we were there for the beach, not the cuisine, so it didnt detract from our enjoyment. In conclusion, our visit was quite enjoyable. I would rate the staff a 1/10, the buffet breakfast a 2/10, the puteh beach bar staff and their food a perfect 10/10, the beach activities a 10/10, the chalets a 5/10, and the city of kuantan a 10/10.

The beach and the surrounding area are reasonably clean. The reception staff is very helpful upon arrival. The beach chalet unit is just a few steps from the beach. Great location!.

Kamarnya bersih, tapi pemandangannya kurang menarik. Karena saya memesan sebelumnya, tapi bagus juga jauh dari bar karena malam hari bising. Perabotan di kamar agak tua dan rapi perlu ditingkatkan untuk memberi nafas baru. Hanya tambahan bantal, meskipun Anda membawa bantal sendiri, dua saja tidak cukup, kadang-kadang satu kamar tidak seharusnya dua orang, mungkin lebih dari dua orang. TV perlu diperiksa kembali, kebetulan kamar saya memiliki TV, suara hilang setiap setengah jam. Tidak tahu mengapa. Sarapan tidak banyak pilihan, tapi jujur enak. Kolam bersih dan dipelihara dengan baik di pagi hari ada orang yang membersihkan daun. Hal terbaik adalah akses ke pantai dekat, Anda bisa membuat aktivitas pantai sendiri. Bagi yang ingin menginap di suasana pantai dan menikmati sarapan, Anda dapat merekomendasikannya.

location hotel strategic, even though room condition outdated old maintenance bad. breakfast good overall expect much more there's beach bar highlight disappointing time here;the place great vantage point but rooms look unclean poor hygiene too!
