We would be much appreciated if you could comply to the below rules and regulations :

1. All prices quoted upon booking confirmation is final.
2. Upon checking-in, guests are required to settle the full payment for the stay.
3. Check-in time : 3 pm ; Check-out time : 12 pm.
4. Late check-out is subject to availability. Violation of this rule is subjected to a penalty of RM 60.00.
5. We would appreciate guests’ cooperation from making too much noise in the homestay premises
before 8am ; after 10pm in order to ensure the peace & calamity of the homestay housing area.
6. The following are NOT allowed on the homestay premises : Smoking (indoors), Durians, Alcohol
Consumption ; Pets. Violation of this rule is subjected to a penalty of RM 100.00.
7. Losing the House Keys is subject to a penalty of RM 150.00.
8. Losing the Lift Access Card is subject to a penalty of RM 150.00.
9. Losing the Carpark Access Card is subject to a penalty of RM 200.00.
10. Kindly use with care the homestay amenities as damages & lose item will be at your cost.
11. Kindly dispose any trash in the trash bin provided.
12. Kindly inform of any damaged items in the homestay to the management.
13. Guests are advised to switch off all lights, fan and air-conditioner when are not in use.
14. Cleanliness of the homestay is to be observed at all times.
15. Any illegal activities will be reported to the authorities and actions will be taken on the offenders.
16. Safety of personal belongings is self-responsibility.
17. Homestay guests are prohibited from keeping durians, or any food with strong stench in the refrigerator.
18. Rearrange of furniture is strictly prohibited.
19. Not Oily Cook is allowed, If guest too dirtiness the house, host got the right to penalty of RM50
