Hotel ruko berjarak 1 km ke / dari rumah sakit Sunway Medical Centre, Bandar Sunway ( Sunway City ), Selangor . Dekat ke halte bus BRT, agak dekat ke mall Sunway Pyramid maupun waterpark Sunway Lagoon ( walaupun tidak sedekat Best View, GM atau Blue Lagoon hotel ) . Dalam kompleks ruko ini kalau explore, ada beberapa minimarket termasuk 7-Eleven, MyNews, KK-Mart, 99 Speed Mart . Ada apotik ( AA Pharmacy, BIG Pharmacy, Guardian ), ada toko obat herbal China ( Yang Shan ) . Ada Nasi Lemak SHAAZ dan KFC . Di bawah hotel ini ada tempat makan ( Nasi Kandar PELITA ) . Hotel juga menyediakan sarapan, hal yang sulit ditemukan untuk kelas Budget Hotel berbentuk ruko di sekitarnya .

Bagi orang Indonesia yang ingin melakukan check-up atau keperluan di daerah Sunway, bisa menginap di Artisan Eco Hotel. Untuk istirahat yang nyaman, kamar mandi luas, sarapan roti toast dan telor. Resepsionisnya baik dan kakak perempuan di kantinnya baik. Namanya "Dayang". Menyenangkan, senang bercerita dan ramah. Ada juga laundry, apotek, dan banyak tempat makan.

Harga kamarnya tidak mahal, staf hotel sangat ramah terutama Bang Aziq dan Kak Halimatus yang sering menyapa dan memberikan penjelasan yang sangat membantu. Lokasinya dekat dengan keramaian atau pusat jajanan. Saya sudah 3 kali menginap di sini dan tetap akan merekomendasikan hotel Artisan Eco Hotel ini.

Lokasi hotel sangat strategis, dekat kemana. Mana, hanya berjalan kaki saja sudah sampai di Sunway Piramid. Hanya saja untuk handuk hotel berbau tidak sedap dan kurang bersih. Untuk kamar hotel cukup nyaman.
