At first I was hesitant to stay here because of the bad comments and low ratings given by previous tourists. But after referring to the latest ratings in a few months, I finally decided to book 3 nights here. Axon is more like an apartment managed by many parties, so whether good or not our experience staying here depends on who we are dealing with. The first time I arrived, I was assisted by the staffs on duty downstairs and given the contact number of the unit manager. I met Qasim and the check-in process was very fast and to the point. When asked for a deposit of RM300, even without a receipt, Qasim transparently took an immediate photo as the proof and sent it to our WA. When I wanted to check out, the procedure was as easy as check in, just a notif via WA and it was done. Every procedure was very smooth. The experience of staying here was very pleasant and easy because of the strategic location, very close to my workshop place, Pullman Hotel. Axon is just a walk to the Pavilion Mall, Sungei Wang, Fahrenheit, Jalan Imbi, Pudu, etc. Various places to eat: mini markets, cafes, etc are very easy to access. The unit is also provided with iron and hairdryer which makes life easier for travelers. Next time, you can contact Qasim again if you want to stay around Bukit Bintang or the Golden Triangle area of Kuala Lumpur. Thank you Axon, thank you Qasim and team.
