1. A security deposit of RM 200.00
(collected during check-in, and refunded in full upon check-out once we have checked no any damages and / or breakages during the stay.)
入住前需要支付保证金RM 200
(如果在住宿期间，没有照成损坏/ 损失，保证金在退房后全额退还。)
2. Any cost associated with repairs and/ or replacement of damaged/ loss of homestay’s property will be charged to the registered guest.
若丢失或损坏住宿设施及用品，客户需按照市价赔偿。
3. Our homestay is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
贵重物品请千万小心保管，若有意识的情况，本民宿不予理赔。
4. No Smoking.
禁止吸烟。
5. No Animals/ Pets Allowed.
请忽携带宠物入住。
6. Turn off all appliances when not in use.
请在离开时，随手关闭电源。
7. Take care of all furnishing and appliances.
请爱护一切用品及设备。
8. Quiet Hours 11pm to 7am.
请在早上7点之前及晚上11点之后降低音量。
9. No illegal activities allowed.
禁止非法活动。
10. Do not throw rubbish/ sanitary into toilet bowl.
请勿将垃圾/女士用品丢进马桶内。
11. Wash your dishes after used.
使用后请自行清洁；清洗碗碟。
12. Do not eat/ drinks in the bedrooms.
不要在卧室里吃东西/喝东西。
13. Please close all windows and doors before leaving the house.
离开房源前，请关闭并锁好所有门窗。
14. Penalty of RM 80 of Lost or Damage of Access Card(s), RFID(s), Keys
门禁卡、RFID、钥匙丢失或损坏将罚款各别 RM 80。
