I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My group booked this place as we arrived at Ipoh by train and it was within a 10-minute walking distance. The hotel is also surrounded with eateries and convenience stores.

Very hip/artsy take on a simple, but nice budget hotel concept. Very small but clean rooms, brick/cement, but good air con and decent sized very modern private bathrooms. Good location very close to the train station, and a very quick walk to the trendy Kong Heng Market building and the Tourist Info centre as well. Staff was helpful, english speaking.

Perfect location, maps availble in the lobby and tourist info 2 streets away. Got a bottle of water on arrival and wifi works all over rhe hotel. The only negative is the lack of window was disorienting but I knew the room didnt have one when I booked it.

I read some great reviews about this new hotel and decided to give it a go. And it hasn't disappoint me. It is located right in the bustling part of the city. It is just minutes away from all the city attractions and art murals. Upon entering the hotel lobby, I can hear the classic jazz music playing in the background. Juxtaposed with the unique interior design, this hotel has definitely set itself apart from the rest of the hotels I have visited. The room is spotless and adequate. The bed is extremely comfortable and the spacious bathroom is clean and bright. The wifi connection is strong and it helps with my work, not to mention the room is very quiet as well. Ipoh is still new with its tourism business and lack of information. However, the friendly staff has recommended me some great places to visit and where to look for local delicacies. They also have some fantastic day tour packages in reasonable price. If you are bored in the room, you can always hang out at the lobby. Listening to some great jazz music and chat with other visitors from all over the world.

Perfect hotel for a short stay for a couple or a small family of 3. Otherwise the room would be too small. The cleanliness is top notch and we were in love with the minimalist concept. Located in town and close to most of the popular eating places (10-15 mins drive). Overall, enjoyed our stay.

Lokasi hotel sangat strategis, dekat dengan stasiun kereta api Ipoh, Mistress Lane dan banyak restoran terkenal lainnya. Kondisi hotel bersih, hanya saja lift dan kamar nomor 112 berbau tidak sedap. Saat saya minta pindah kamar ke kamar nomor 117, masalahnya sudah teratasi.

If you want to have somewhere close to the train station, this hotel is great. Concubine lanes can also be reached on foot. Apart from that, the hotel is very basic with basic amenities. Shampoo and bath soap are collected at the counter, which is a great idea. Cosy when you enter, however, becomes strangely stuffy along the corridor. The owner needs to do something about ventilation. However, the lady owner is friendly. A water dispenser mysteriously located at the end of the corridor inside a pantry area. Overall, i feel it is overpriced and i will miss it if possible.

The location is good, within walking distance to nearby attractions. The room is okay, but the floor was a bit wet when we arrived. I think this is because the mop they used is too damp. Its okay because i booked the room last minute. The door lock is malfunctioning. I had to deal with the receptionist and wait for the technician to replace the door lock batery. Luckily quick action was taken. The receptionist is good.
