Everyone is very happy and friendly. There are staff constantly cleaning the public areas. The bed is very comfortable. The pool is open great hours 8am - 8pm. The pool is very very clean even after the rain. I say that because I checked out of my accommodation early due to their two pools being green the whole time I was there and unusable and they kept telling me it was because of the rain. 🙄 the pool here is really big. There’s lots of poolside beds. You can get drinks by the pool. You can get some snacks by the pool. Everybody is extremely helpful. I couldn’t compliment it more.

The room is quite spacious and the environment is very neat. Our room was changed from a partial sea view to a cafe view room without notice. However thankfully they upgraded our room. The service is good from the reception staff. Even there was no bellboy, the reception staff helped us with our stuff to the room.

I stayed here to celebrate my birthday and it was an amazing experience. The room was very spacious and the service of all the hotel staff was top notch. Everyone was very friendly! Highly recommended. Would love to come back.

Telepon di kamar tidak berfungsi, tirai robek dan keran shower jatuh. Ada banyak anjing berjalan di sekitar resor. Tempat yang bagus tapi perawatannya buruk. Ada banyak hal yang harus diperbaiki. Saya tidak akan pernah pergi ke sana lagi.

We came here to celebrate our honeymoon. My husband and i were very happy to stay here. Its a really amazing resort that i have never found in malaysia. With a nice peaceful place for family and honeymoon packages. First of all, we have to thank the front desk staff for always helping us with everything we needed. Second, the food is delicious and the service is good. Third, the pool area was clean and fresh air. And lastly, thank you to the cleaning team who always make our environment clean and tidy. I hope we will come here again next vacation. Thank you team.

My spouse and i stayed here for the first night of our honeymoon. Our flight landed late, so we looked for somewhere close to the airport. We didnt expect much for the cheap price, but we were really happy with the hotel! Friendly, helpful and efficient staff, delicious food in the restaurant, clean and spacious rooms, the pool is one of the best ive ever seen, quiet and peaceful Other reviews say there needs to be some renovations. This is true, but mostly just painting it needs. Not much of a downside at all. If you want the affordability of a hotel over a resort in langkawi, stay here!.

Kamar kami diubah tanpa pemberitahuan dari sebagian pemandangan laut ke ruang pemandangan kafe. Namun, untungnya mereka meningkatkan kamar kami. Pelayanan dari staf depan bagus. Staf meja depan membantu kami membawa barang bawaan kami ke kamar meskipun tidak ada pelayan. Kamarnya cukup besar dan lingkungannya sangat bersih.

Overall, i would recommend it due to the pool and the breathtaking sunset view. Everything went smoothly, early checkin was available, the biggest swimming pool ive ever had, breakfast was great but not many varieties may be considered considering the number of customers staying at the hotel.

Fasilitas (gym dan kids club) rusak dan tidak berfungsi dengan baik. Tempatnya secara keseluruhan bagus dengan kolam renang tanpa batas yang bagus dan kolam renang anak-anak yang bagus, tetapi sayangnya kami tidak dapat menggunakan fasilitas lainnya. Pantai itu ditumbuhi tanaman berduri dan berlumpur. Fasilitas ini perlu diperbaiki.

Effective January 1, 2025, the Municipal Council of Langkawi will impose a Heritage Fee of MYR 1-10 per room per night. This tax applies to all 0 to 5-star hotels and must be paid upon check-in. During special events, such as the Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace (LIMA) Exhibition, Le Tour de Langkawi, Ironman Langkawi, and Oceanman Langkawi, the Heritage Fee will increase to MYR 2-20 per room per night.

Effective September 1st, 2017, as per Government of Malaysia requirements, hotel guests who are not Malaysian citizens or long-term/permanent residents of Malaysia will be levied a tourism tax of RM 10.00 per room per night stay. Please note these changes in tax structure will result in revised taxes being charged and will be payable additionally during check in.

[Now - 31 December 2024] Following the Municipal Council of Langkawi regulations, the room rate per night will be subject to a heritage fee of 1 MYR for 1 and 2-star hotels, 3 MYR for 3 and 4-star hotels, and 5 MYR for 5-star hotels and will be paid upon check-in.
