📖 House Rules Overview:
**Quiet Hours
Please observe quiet hours starting at 10:00 PM. We want to ensure a peaceful environment for all our guests.

**Footwear Policy
Kindly keep your shoes inside the house to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.

**No Parties or Events
Parties and events are not allowed on the premises to maintain a peaceful atmosphere. If you plan to host an event, please inform us in advance. We will collect an additional charge of RM200 and a deposit of RM200 through online transfer.

**No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A fine of RM150 will be imposed for any violations of this rule.

**No Durian
To ensure a pleasant indoor environment, we kindly request that you do not bring durian into the property.

**Cooking Guidelines
Please refrain from cooking pungent or heavy foods that may leave lingering odors in the house.

**No Pets Allowed
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the property to maintain a clean and allergen-free environment.

**Maximum Occupancy
To ensure comfort and safety, the number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy of the unit. If the number of guests exceeds the allowed limit, an additional charge of RM50 per person per night will apply.
