I spent about 5 days here. The owner and the adorable 5 cats there provided excellent service, which made my stay truly enjoyable. Given the affordable price and convenient location, it is well worth it. Additionally, there are numerous inexpensive restaurants nearby.5.0/53 Oct 2023

I cant say enough good things about this hostel. I originally booked for one night to check it out, but ended up staying five and would have stayed longer if it hadnt been for the lockdown in malaysia. But i couldnt think of a better place to be in midst of an unpleasant situation. Jay is the most friendly person he has ever met, always happy to chat, and always makes an effort to assist everyone. He drove us out in his car to the night market, the sunset hill, Kuah, bought us ice creams, cooked for us. My friend, jyll see you soon. The location is close to the seaside and a cheap bed for solo travelers who want to save some money and meet travelers from other countries. There is laundry and grocery shop nearby if you plan on staying longer in langkawi. Overnight at the female dormitory and met the friendly owner jai, we met for the first time during our stay. We had sailed for ten days and had an amazing conversation. I am okay with the fan room.4.6/523 Jun 2024

I made the wise decision to pursue the idea of staying at dar yasmine. The dorm room was spotless and exactly as the owners photographs showed. There is a shower room and toilet in each room, hammocks for relaxing and napping in front of each one, an open pantry, and he washing machine for each guest. For me, the location was excellent, with kalut bar, my fastgrowing favorite bar from cenang beach, just stepping distance, within 2 minutes walk, as well as my new favorite restaurant. I want to express my gratitude to the owner, jai, for the wonderful treats i received during my pleasant stay. In the future, ill choose to stay at david yaksine for my visits to langkawi. There is so much to love about this place. Jai is the kindest and most amazing host, he makes your stay extremely comfortable and daryasmine feels like a home away from home. I came here alone and was hoping to make friends, and jai really made my brief stay very comfortable. He made the effort to cook together, drove us to splash langkawi, took us along the cenang walk, recommended breakfast places and many suggestions for things to do. When i needed remuneration for my phone case, it took the time to drive us out to get one at tamer prices at another friends shop. The hammocks and chill vibes of the space were also great. Even on one day of remote work here, the wifi was excellent, making it so peaceful and easy to work from here. Theres even if you have kids or family members can use the pool.4.6/59 Dec 2023

I came to check this place before making a reservation so i knew what would happen. When he first arrived, ive asked the owner to show me the rooms because if ill say it would be as lovely as the pictures here, but it was! All of the accommodations are adorable and spotless, just like in the photos! The kitchen is also spotlessly clean and has everything you could possibly need, including crockery, blender for smoothies, risecooker, coffee, tea. Also, every dish, cup, and other items are brand new. Its enjoyable to cook there and use all the dishes. And based on my experience, his constant purchase of something new for the hostel makes it better each day. Youll find etiquette, pool, lots of books, free washing machine, fridge, swimming pool facilities, etc. This location is peaceful. Walking takes only two minutes to the main road and three minutes from the beach. The proprietor is incredibly friendly and can assist you with anything. He also drove us several times in his car to night market, sunset view point, Kuah city, where we did our grocery shopping in ubud, which was very convenient for us. Although you will remain in an apartment, youll feel at home. Most people are staying longer here and will return unless lukkawi island is back! That is the greatest dorm option for4.6/514 Jul 2023

This place is a nice hidden gem. I stayed here for ten days during the rainy season. And i could see the coconuts fall from the dawn to the gazebo. Owner oreth the next day and changed his boat. Jai, the owner, brought us to his sailing boat and provided us with free kitchens. Drink water, coffee, and tea. A cute cat around and he has tasty vibe with visitors from all over the world. This hotel is highly underrated! A hidden gem! This motel was the highlight of my first solo trip. Every facility support was provided by its owner, jai. He is very intuitive. I asked for a flat iron and he gave me sanitized iron for my hijab instead. Free laundry, free access kitchen, hanging hammocks, hairdryer, builtin bathroom, chiller with friendly tricolor cat! The cat was with me for two days and when i return, ill have the chance to meet him again. Anyone traveling alone or with family must stay here. This motel receives more than five stars from me. I adore everything the staff provides. The setting was cozy and like home, making it secure, especially for women traveling. We had a kitchen where we could prepare our own meals, and if we wanted to do our laundry, we would use the washing machine. This hostel is close to the beach and main road, but its really quiet, there are no noises from the road or bars, etc. I stayed in the female dorm with the fan. Really appreciated the full kitchen access (theres even a blender! The rooms are cleaned regularly, some cats hanging around, hammocks, taverns on the bed, hot water showers. I came to langkawi for sailing because captain jai is a skilled sailor. I was taken to meet the local sailors in langkawawis and browse the neighborhood secondhand sailing shop by captain Jai. Even he rode his boat! And sail. The room is immaculate and wellkept, and captain jami has tenacious enthusiasm. Perhaps the bathroom needs some updating. This motel is highly recommended! Dar yasmine is the ideal choice for budgetconscious travelers on the island. Each room has a fridge, tv, hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, and an extra fan next to the ceiling fan, all of which are fully equipped. I have given this 5 stars because it is in a great location and the owner takes great care of both the place and his customers. Very reasonably priced. The beach is only 230 minutes away by foot.
