Guests are required to show all information including full name and ID number in order for our security to check and match the information.
*Please take the trash out before you leave
We prefer clean and responsible guests. We have put a lot of effort for your pleasure and comfort and in return we ask for your care of our cozy home.
*No Durians inside the house
Do not make the booking for those guests that could not provide the required information. No refund will be provided for those do not want to provide.
Late check-out is only until 12pm. Please inform and let us know in advance so that we could prepare the cleaning for the next booking accordingly. There will be a penalty of RM50 for every hour late.
Please take note that our unit is using self check in method. Check yourself in with the lockbox.
