We will request a refundable deposit of RM500 before your arrival date.

- Smoking inside the house will be charged RM500 for the extra cleaning fee.
- Do not dispose any food or other items into the sink/basin, a fine of RM300 will be charged for an additional maintenance fee.
- Strictly no pet allowed. A penalty of RM300 will be charged for extra cleaning fee.
- Additional cleaning charges for parties or events
- Unwashed & unclean BBQ set/utensils after using will be charged for additional cleaning fee.
- Strict NOT allowed to draw, use Glue, Adhesive Tape (masking tape, double-sided tape.. etc) on the wall, will be charged RM300 for removal and damage fee.
