This motel is undoubtedly a budget hotel. I spent the night in such a reasonable motel with my family. There are adequate accommodations, a television that can play did!, a comfortable mattress that is sufficient for my family, and a medium-size bathroom. Dream Hotel is an ideal place to rest because of the dim environment in the room, and we slumber in no time at all. In addition, there are numerous eateries close to the hotel, which are simply a short stroll away. In essence, a hotel is a setting where people can do nothing but rest, so we should travel somewhere else and be distracted by evaluating the hotel!.

If this is the way they advertise, don't believe them. The cleanliness of this hotel is excellent. The hotel is close to a wide variety of eateries, shops, and a sizable hypermarket. I was very clean when I checked into a premium hotel. There were two little cockroaches near the bed's edge in the toilet, and two in the toilet. I decided to change rooms later when I checked in, and the front desk staff asked for a gentle penalty for a change of room. He assured us there won't be any more cockroaches. Does it mean that the staff know which rooms are filthy and which ones are good to be clean? The new room I got was awful. There was a lot of dust on both the ceiling and the bed frame. The light was dimmed, and the mirror was unclean.

We booked a hotel because they had a deal, and the location is great, surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores. At night, there would be a few vendor vans outside the hotel. The place looks neat and new. When we walked into the room, it was clean, but after a while, we discovered a large cockroach in the toilet, you can imagine the screams and battles we had, and after that we discovered a total of 4 tiny roaches. Can't accept it any more. I won't come here again. There is a large mirror just in front and above the bed, which is obviously a place for some excitement.

Booked for Superior Room and pay ahead but upon arrived no room available. Staff request to upgrade to Deluxe (add RM10), check the different is deluxe with window. The room on ground floor, there a small window facing the back alley. Nothing to view except the back alley.

The Deluxe room advertised at Expedia not same as actual view in the hotel. The room is much more smaller than the photos. Cleanliness is terrible. No water dispenser at general area. Weird smell from carpet. The room wall was being vandalism. Wifi available but signal is so weak that not even able to login webpage. TV channel is worse and blur. The reception staff is a foreign worker, I wait for 30 mins just to check-in and best part is I am the only customer arrived at that time! I felt being cheated by the nice photos at Expedia webpage.

first and the last time staying this hotel. we were welcome by unfriendly receptionist. when we enter the room, we were welcome by baby cockroaches~~ my friend cant sleep because his body feel itchy when sleeping on the bed.
