Homestay Rules & Guidelines for a Pleasant Stay ‼️‼️

Dear Customer,

Thank you for choosing our homestay! To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone, please take a moment to review the following house rules❗️❗️:

1. Check-In/Check-Out

Check-in: After time 3:00 PM (Early check-in will charge RM30 per hour ).
Check-out: By 12:00 PM (Late check-out may incur extra charges).
2. Noise & Quiet Hours

Quiet hours from 10:00PM – 9:00 AM Please respect neighbors.❕❕
3. No Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Designated outdoor areas are available.(if unit found smell smoking will charge of deposit RM200）
4. Cleanliness

Please dispose of trash in designated bins.
Kitchen utensils should be washed after use.
5. Damages & Losses

Guests are responsible for any damage/loss to property. Fees may apply.
6. Security

Lock doors/windows when leaving.
Do not duplicate keys.
7. Pets

Pets are not allowed
8. Key Lost or put wrong mailbox

if lost will deduct deposit RM200 /if put wrong mailbox RM50 of deposit will be imposed

9. Prohibited Activities

Illegal substances, parties, or commercial activities are not permitted.
