About Eastin Hotel Penang
Situated right in the heart of Penang and offering modern yet stylish accommodation, Eastin Hotel Penang is located just a 4-minute drive to the island’s Queensbay Mall shopping centre. It houses an outdoor swimming pool, a well-equipped fitness centre and meeting facilities. Complimentary WiFi connection is also available in all areas of the property.
Boasting vibrant colours, the air-conditioned rooms at the Eastin Hotel Penang are fitted with carpet flooring. Each one comes with a flat-screen cable TV, a personal safe, coffee/tea making facilities and a seating area with a large window overlooking the city. The private bathroom has shower and bath facilities along with free toiletries. Certain rooms present a larger space with a sofa for guest’s convenience.
The on-site Swez Brasserie serves daily buffet breakfast featuring Malaysian and International favourites while guests can also enjoy a la carte menus for lunch and dinner. For a more relaxed atmosphere with refreshing drinks, guests can head down to the hotel’s The Lounge.

The iconic Penang Hill is only a 20-minute drive away and Kek Lok Si Temple is about a 22-minute drive from Eastin Hotel Penang. Getting to Penang International Airport will take around 15 minutes by car.
Note : Effective January 1st, 2023, as per Government of Malaysia requirements, hotel guests who are not Malaysian citizens or long-term/permanent residents of Malaysia will be levied a tourism tax of RM 10.00 per room per night stay.
