The rooms and facilities are clean, tidy, and welcoming. Everything feels a bit old, but the atmosphere is very pleasant. My take on how pleasant and helpful the staff is. I will definitely be back.

Clean lobby, surrounded by many restaurants, restaurants and local cuisine. The room was a decent size and had decent amenities for a boutique hotel. However, the sheets / pillowcases were on the rough side and the bed wasnt very good. Overall a good boutique hotel and reasonably priced.

The hotel is good, but the service is a bit slow. The hotel is relatively new but not well maintained. The location is very convenient, but you have to get around mid valley and nearby many shopping centers. And near the train station.

Overall comfortable. Budget hotel. Cleanliness is acceptable, but the pillows have stains and some are a bit too soft. The shower was weak in the morning. However, very strategic location, close to the mrt and next to a shopping mall.

For its price, this hotel is among the better in the area. The good thing is the small room, the air conditioning quickly cools, and the wifi is average. If you are tired, this hotel would be a great place to stop for the night because of its excellent location and proximity to many convenient locations. Even more practical than the Xplorer hotel. The toilet is clean and functional, so there is no issue. Even toothbrushes and toothpaste are provided. The bad thing is that she seems forced to be there all day and hasnt been on vacation in a long time. The entrance may get a little noisy, but because my room lacks a window, it was fine. Overall, the hotels location and comfort are positive, but if you intend to check in in the afternoon, the lack of parking is a concern. Because of the nice lobby and cleanliness, i would think about staying at this hotel over the Xplorer.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit. The hotel had an excellent overall experience. Its conveniently situated near a variety of stores and restaurants, making it quite convenient. The only issue was the cleanliness of the room, although it was generally decent.
