Saya ga sempat foto karena udah kecapekan nyampe hotel malam dari KL. Yg jelas bersih banget kamarnya. Ada handuk dan sabun cair aja. Cuma kamar mandinya ga ada blower. Selain itu sangat puaa dengan hotel ini. Self check in tp ada petugas yg membantu. Rekom deh hotel ini Sepertinya hotel baru ini karena furniture dan perlengkapan kamar msh baru semua. Kami ambil kamar keluarga 1 queen dan singke.tp muat tuk 4 orang. Dgn harga 500 rb an / mlm worth it lah

hotelnya bagus,bersih harga jg terjangkau lokasi dekat dari CIQ sekitaran hotel banyak apartemen dekat hotel jg ada mall R&F tdk ada breakfast tapi bisa refill air minum dan ada di sediakan kopi kamar TIDAK setiap hari di bersihkan,menurut staffnya,setiap tiga hari baru dibersihkan cuman satu akses kartu kamar yg diberikan overall hotel bersih,harga terjangkau Advanced security system.

The triple room so affordable yet so great. The room was so clean, spacious, and comfortable. And also have a window to the front view. The location was great, near the JB QIC. The self check in was so easy, but you need to give 50 ringgit for deposit and pay extra 10 ringgit for foreigners. Overall it was great, and a good choice to stay here. Best for budget travelers. I had such a wonderful time during my stay, and i want to thank alini in particular for her outstanding service. She welcomed us with a friendly smile and a kind, friendly attitude from the moment we arrived, making us feel right at home. What truly impressed me was how attentive and proactive she was, every time she saw us, she would smile and come over to assist us without hesitation. Its rare to come across someone who offers assistance so naturally and sincerely. Alini was also very thoughtful and organized. She took the time to clearly explain everything we needed to know, from checkin and checkout times to reminding us to carry our room key and access card. These little but crucial reminders made our stay so much smoother and more worryfree. Her attention to detail and her consistently positive attitude really made a difference. Overall, my experience was made even more special thanks to alinis kindness and professionalism, as well as the hotels serene and stylish environment.

The room was spacious and generally clean, but when the air conditioner was on it emit a musky and sour smell. It eventually went away. The automated checkin and checkout system is good for those checking in late. The value for money.

I recently stayed at the havona hotel @ ciq and was pleasantly surprised. The hotel has a refreshing, pleasant smell and is very clean, really impressive for a budget option. My 1 x queen room was comfortable, with a spacious toilet and a functioning, cold air conditioner, which made my stay relaxing. The only downside was that my room had only one power socket, which could be inconvenient for travelers with multiple devices. I hope the hotel continues to maintain this great standard. Overall, an affordable and wellmaintained choice.
