Everything is just right - friendly staff, nice clean and tidy rooms, and a great brekafast buffet. I stayed in nearby citadines and iconic hotel too, and holiday inn is the best of the three.

We spent two nights at the holiday inn perai. The hotel has a strong first impression visually. The lobby is large and beautifully designed, with a clean, modern look that feels calming the moment you walk in. It makes sense that both are part of the ihg group because of the design language. It was nice to see that there was a sense of continuity in branding and aesthetic. The room matched the mood of the lobby. It was welldesigned, comfortable, and had a relaxed feel. Everything was clean and wellorganized. We had no issues with the room or the amenities. Modern design was not overdone, and it provided a nice setting to relax. There were a few minor details that stood out. The water pressure of citadines next door was a little low. Not terrible, but enough to notice. I started to wonder if it was a buildingwide issue rather than something specific to each hotel. Also, they didnt provide shaving kits, which seems to be a trend in many places, but it still something i miss when traveling light. The receptionist on duty was helping another guest when we arrived, which is understandable. But the process took about 20 minutes before he attended to us. When it was finally our turn, another guest arrived, and he immediately called a colleague from the office behind to help. It felt a little uneven and slightly unfair. The presentation was also a problem. He wasnt cleanly shaved, and it gave off a somewhat sloppy impression. It may seem like a small detail, but when the front desk is your first point of contact with any hotel, it matters. To his credit, when it was finally our turn, he was able to answer our questions about the hotel and nearby areas. It was a little uneven and slightly unfair. Other staff members we encountered during our stay were excellent. Housekeeping, security, and attendants were all friendly and helpful. That helped round out the experience and balanced out the weaker start. Overall, holiday inn perai provides a comfortable stay with good design and relaxing rooms. It aligns with what you would expect from a wellmanaged ihg property. The front desk issue wasnt particularly severe, but it was an area that could use some polish. If they can improve that

Makanan dan fasilitas pertemuan juga bagus! Prasmanannya enak, lezat, dan segar. Banyak pilihan juga. Parkir gratis (untuk saat ini). Sangat direkomendasikan! Pasti akan kembali lagi di masa depan.
