Great hotel! We stayed there twice during our trip to Mount Kinabalu. The room was nice sized, bathroom was perfect and breakfast was good. Will stay again when in KK.

쇼핑몰 안에 위치하고 있어서 편의성 최고에요. 시설도 깔끔하고 조식도 진짜 다양하고 맛있어요. 인터넷은 잘 안되더라고요. 그런데 보니까 인터넷 잘 안되는건 코타키나발루 거의 대부분의 호텔이 다 인터넷 잘 안되는것같아요. 그냥 휴대폰 유심으로 인터넷 많이 구매하는게 답인것같아요

I can’t fault this hotel. It is located on level 7 of the Suria shopping centre which is very convenient for shopping and eating as there are a variety of decent restaurants in the shopping centre. It is 5-10 mins walk from the pier where you catch the boat to the islands, the fish market, the souvenir market and the Gaya Street weekend night and Sunday markets. The rooms are clean and well equipped and the staff are eager to please. The only negative is that the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything that goes on outside your room.

Very convenient location in town. Place was clean and comfortable. A bit weird, since it is on the 7th floor of the Sabah Mall, but separate lifts (one lift for rooms, another for mall) eased my mind. Just a short walk away from the seafood heaven of KK, and there was a day market around the corner on Sunday. Breakfast was plentiful, in terms of choices and food.

Clean room, clean mattress and toilet. Front desk staff is friendly. Convenient location, just take the lift lobby near to Macdonald to level 7 lift lobby. Sound proof not that good, but as long as the guests are not making loud noise, its not a major issue. The major problem is the wifi, its very weak. I cannot watch netflix at all.

Hotel ada di dalam Mall Suria Sabah lantai 7 naik lift Mall. Kamar aku pemandangan laut di lantai 5 pakai lift hotel. Air minumnya bagus dalam botol kaca kayak Champange. Handuk super tebal dan putih bersih,tiap hari diganti. Kamar dibersihkan walaupun kita tidak request. Ada uang jaminan RM50 tapi pas check out dikembalikan. Ada layanan Taxi bandara yg tinggal nunggu di lobby kalau malas turun seharga RM50 (kalo Taxi online RM10 nunggu depan McD di bawah). Pintu mall terbuka 24 jam buat tamu hotel. Kita check out sebelum subuh pun bisa. Kalau ke Kota Kinabalu lagi saya ingin menginap disini lagi karena dekat ke Jesselton point' dan pasar kraftangan.

Great location, super friendly staff. Available 24 hours a day to answer all questions. I got one of the cheap rooms with no windows, so it wasn't a place to hang out for a long time. But I was only there for one night, and for me it was perfect.
