Untuk ke 3 x nya menginap di royal penang, harga terjangkau, kamar bersih, pelayanan ok, makanan sepertinya di kurangin variasi menunya, tapi masih banyak pilihan lah, di malam terakhir truble AC, penanganan agak lama tapi akhirnya di pindah kekamar yg lebih luas dan upgrade class dengan tidak ada penambahan biaya, karena kesalahan dari hotel. Terima kasih!!!!!

Suka banget tempat nya, tetanggaan dengan giant, dan xing fu tang. Ke mc allister juga cukup jalan kaki. Ke area wisata mainstream seperti armenian street yang banyak street art nya itu juga in range. Cari makan gampang, banyak pilihan tersebar. Untuk kamar nya sendiri, luas! Cleaning setiap hari, aman, gak ada barang yg hilang. Receptionist helpful and friendly. Amenities lengkap. Ada hairdryer juga. Nyaman dan bagus kamar nya. Bed cover di ganti setiap hari dan wangi

Saat memesan hotel ini, tidak terlalu memiliki ekspektasi yang tinggi. Tapi saat datang, walau furniture dan lift seperti hotel lama dan saya mendapatkan pelayanan sangat ramah. Kamar hotel luas sesuai dengan deskripsi. Dan yang pasti saya dapat kamar di lantai 11 dengan pemandangan laut yang indah.
