Excellent service and a pleasant hotel. The personnel was always willing to help with any needs and was amiable and accommodating. Visitors had a pleasant stay in the tidy, cozy rooms. Additionally, the hotels location was ideal, with quick access to nearby attractions and transportation alternatives.

Lokasinya dekat dengan sungai dan Masjid Negeri. Sarapannya enak. Kalau mau makan malam ada di atas. Banyak pilihan dan berbagai promosi untuk acara tertentu. Ada EV charging di dekat parkir belakang hotel. Tapi bukan hotel ini.

The food is good, as is the parking lot. I booked a room for a family of three people. Not very spacious, but ok. I can still pray in the room. The equipment is there, including the iron, hair dryer, and fridge, but the electric jug is not working well and there are ants crawling around. And the sink is clogged.

Harganya sesuai dengan yang didapet. Sarapannya oke. Disediain air dispenser air panas atau dingin ditiap lantainya. Saluran televisinya juga banyak dari the zenith dan siarannya gak terganggu kalo lagi hujan lebat. Disini juga ada dispenser air dingin ataupun panas ditiap tingkatannya.

A comprehensive look at hotel senstral kuantan. Our recent work trip to kuantan led us to hotel senstral kuantan, located at no.45, jalan besar. The hotel has 192 comfortable guestrooms, equipped with essentials like a coffee or tea maker, directdial phone, inroom safe, minibar, and hairdryer, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. The entertainment options in the room, including an lcd television with satellite service, enhanced the overall experience. The hotels amenities, including a restaurant with room service, currency exchange, concierge services, and tours and ticket assistance, catered well to our needs. Booking through their website was simple, providing comprehensive information and a seamless booking process. The hotels strategic location, within walking distance of cultural venues and parks, made exploring the city convenient during our leisure time. While the overall stay was pleasant, there were a few areas that needed attention and improvement. The water heater was a significant disadvantage, despite the rooms comfort, efficient air conditioning, and notably comfortable bed. During the rainy season, the need for hot water was crucial, but unfortunately, the water heater proved ineffective. Even after reporting the problem to reception and their attempts to involve maintenance, no viable solution was provided. Additionally, the meeting room and surau had noticeable hygiene issues. Despite our interactions with sales assistant giana, who was extremely helpful during the booking process, and the overall friendly and accommodating reception staff, these hygiene concerns remained unresolved. It is essential for management to maintain proper hygiene in these communal areas to ensure a comfortable and satisfactory experience for all guests. On a positive note, the hotel offered a decently sized parking lot, which increased the convenience of guests with vehicles. In conclusion, hotel senstral kuantan has potential for a comfortable stay, but crucial improvements in water heaters and maintaining hygiene in communal spaces like the meeting room and surau are essential to enhance the overall guest experience.

I spent a night there. The room was tidy and roomy. The toilet appears to be designed for extremely tall individuals, haha. The hot water controls are at least 2 meters above the toilet. 1.5 meters above the toilet are toilet paper. The towels were spotless. The walls are paper thin and not soundproof. Noises coming from the adjacent room, outside, and above are audible. The restaurant on the 7th floor could hear tables and chairs until midnight. 5 minutes walk to kuantan 118. There is open parking in the back.

The hotel is situated in a prime area. Near tower 188, the wellknown cake shop, kula cakes. The room is large. It features a cafe on the rooftop. Delicious meals are served. The room rate is also reasonable. The staff is helpful and kind.

Direkomendasikan berdasarkan harga yang ditawarkan. Seperti yang diharapkan dengan anggaran yang dikeluarkan. Lebih baik daripada membayar mahal untuk tidur di The Zenith. Setiap lantai memiliki dispenser air panas atau dingin. Ada banyak saluran TV dari Zenith Dan siarannya tidak terganggu saat hujan lebat daripada di The Zenith. Sarapannya juga enak.

I stayed a night during deepavali long weekend 2023. The hotel was quite crowded. The hotel had undergone renovations recently. The facilities and rooms were adequate. Parking was safe and security was friendly. The location was excellent, being right next to kuantan 188. The scenery was nice if you chose a river view room. Room to room soundproofing was poor and noisy. Not suitable for couples. Keep hearing doors slamming and noise from the lift looby. I will probably return to stay again. The staff was friendly.
