There's a Jacuzzi tub in the room, quite amazed with it. Room is clean, location is quiet. It's best to drive as its abit far from the main tourist area. Only major issue is that the wifi is really bad. It's either not loading or that extremely long to load.

1st time there. Stayed for 3 days. Using own vehicle to move around will be better. Parking area is ample. Quiet and peaceful area except for some traffic sound. Reasonable price hotel.

The hotel exterior resembles a uk hotel. The hotel did not have a negative vibe. The lobby was lovely and welldecorated for the season. My time here was wonderful. There is a water dispenser on each floor, and the room is really roomy. The elevators move slowly but are still tolerable. The hotels corner entrance is quite strange. There are also parking spaces outside. The fourth floor has a bar! So its pretty cool. Which lowcost hotel has a bar on the top floor? Haha. The four seasons theme is present on each floor. I stayed on the spring floor. A peaceful night!.

The service was prompt and the staff was also friendly. The atmosphere is peaceful. The room has some lovely decorations. However, there is no dustbin inside the toilet or bathroom. The toiletries are also not complete. There is no sanitary plastic. There is only one iron in the corridor. However, the location is close to restaurants, entertainment, spas, clinics, and massage parlors. Can be reached by walking only.

Very good location to visit the aman austin business. The premises are however old and tired, the hotel room we stayed in needs complete refurbishment. Not worth the price paid at all. The only redeeming factor was the couples hot tub in the bath.

I like this hotel. One of my favorite hotels in my job! Ive been here 4 to 5 times. The condition of the hotel is clean and nice. All rooms have a kettle, fridge, shampoo, hairdryer, small chair, and table. Near to the halal restaurant old town, grand cafe, and close to the old city. It has a good clean and nice hotel. We will come back soon!
