The overall experience was satisfactory, and mr. Khairul proved to be exceptionally helpful. He even upgraded my room after the initial reservation was fully booked. However, one aspect of the experience was the parking aspect, as i had forgotten to provide my ticket, resulting in the arrival of gt saman.

The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the service is fast. Unfortunately there is no lift, and the elderly may find it difficult to climb up to the second floor. I would not give this hotel a onestar rating.

Its comfortable for me and my family to stay for a while, the staff are friendly, there are many restaurants around, and you can also shop at the nearby mall. What needs improvement? Soundproofing, i can hear everything from inside the room, luckily its not too noisy, leaking roof, i can hear the water drop in the ceiling, flowing water can also be heard. But still able to sleep.

The location is strategic, close to shops. The price is good for a budget hotel. The room is clean. The girl receptionist is very friendly and helpful. They also conduct surveys about the rooms and ask customers about the air conditioning and bathroom. The tv channel is also clear. I will definitely repeat it.

The hotel is fantastic! Its worth the price! The reception is excellent! The housekeeping staff is excellent and helpful, especially anita! I hope they can maintain their cleanliness and friendliness! Good water pressure, air conditioning, and a hairdryer. Its almost finished! Ill be back soon!.

The room is ready for my family a little earlier check in, the room is clean and tidy, location near palm mall many restaurants nearby or within walking distance. Things to improve, there should be a few reserved parking spaces for customers. Lift service is required as you have to carry your luggage upstairs. 3) Tv channels could have more options.

The tv isnt clear or broken. The curtain is too thin. The room is nice and clean. Maybe just renovate. My advice is to change the curtain and improve the reception of the tv. There is no lift thats it.

I will definitely recommend this hotel for stays on a budget. I was traveling from another state and stayed the night for a massage near the hotel. The reception is good for quick checkin and gentle reminder of parking coupon and app. The housekeeping is also good, always smiling. The room and toilet are clean. There are many plugs and usb ports in the room and a hair dryer in the room. And most importantly, the space in the room allows me to put a yoga mat on the floor for my morning and night routine. Thats very good.

I arrived at room 113 on the 17 th of july 2020 and checked in with my friend. The receptionist named amira was very friendly, cared about the customer, gave me a drink while i waited for my friend. Cichat with me was very friendly. I am very happy with her services. The best staff. Thank you, amira, for a pleasant memory.

The room was spacious for the price. The bathroom is attached and clean. The only downside was the poor wifi service at first. The staff was helpful in this matter and helped reset the network. Overall a pleasant stay.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in general. The front desk staff is friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms are spacious, clean, and unique, with a comfortable bed. I had a good stay at the hotel because the staff was attentive and responsive. The cleanliness of the room is also impressive, especially with the housekeeping staff, including zai, Hui, and anita, who were very helpful. We look forward to seeing you again in the future.

I will return. Its a threestar hotel. The rooms were tidy. The entire crew was welcoming. Thank you to the staff members, alia and sha. However, the air conditioning was subpar. It needs improvement in the air conditioning.
