The location is great, just in the middle of everything. The only thing i can think of is a spa here or a decent spa list as recommendations. Ive been to a few nearby and theres one in the new shopping mall nearby called glow that offers the same level of service and quality. Overall, this is one of the best hyatts ive ever been to. Highly recommended.

I stayed for 2 nights and i agree with other reviewers that this hotel is very good. The staff are always enthusiastic and welcoming and the breakfast spread is impressive and varied. As a globalist member, the staff try to remember my name and greet me honestly. Another highlight is the bar on the 23 rd floor. Try their local mixed drinks by great bartenders and the service of the staff. Overall highly recommended hotel in kk and good value for money.

We had never stayed at the hotel centric before, and im so happy we did! The hotel is beautifully presented, the staff is polite and friendly, and the location is excellent. Great views of pulau gaya on the ocean side, but the luch greenery of signal hill on the opposite side is just as stunning!.

We stayed for 3 nights and extended our stay for 1 day to enjoy more comfort! The service was 5 stars, all the staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to make your holiday easy. The room was very good value for money with luggage and valet service included. The rooftop pool, views and hitech gym were the cherry on top of a great hotel!.

Our flight touched down before 8 a. M., and we were grateful that mr. Lim at the front desk was able to accommodate our early checkin. It was fantastic because we had a room with a view of the sea. The cuisine was also excellent. The building is lovely, and it is in close proximity to a restaurant and the mall.

Check in dari tanggal 2 per 6 sampai 2 per Sarapannya enak, tapi bathtub di kamar ternyata berwarna coklat. Kami tidak mengambil gambar. Saat check out, kami melaporkannya ke resepsionis, tetapi resepsionis sama sekali tidak mau memahami keadaan dan hanya ingin menghadapinya dengan asal-asalan. Seharusnya tidak demikian. Pelayanan dan sikap yang seharusnya dimiliki hotel bintang lima.

Terdapat pintu geser antara kamar mandi dan kamar tidur, sehingga Anda bisa tetap private atau luas. Semua kamar memiliki balkon dengan sofa kecil! Anda bisa duduk di balkon dan melihat laut. Lebih bagus lagi karena ini adalah hotel dengan balkon, jadi saya bisa merasakan angin laut dan pemandangan yang menyegarkan. Sarapan di On 22 Restaurant juga semakin menyegarkan. Pusing mengetahui tempat duduk indoor dan outdoor tersedia di lantai Kolam renang double infinity edge di lantai 23 menawarkan pemandangan kota di satu sisi dan pemandangan laut di dalam. Ini kecil tapi sempurna untuk berenang. Anehnya, banyak orang menggunakannya. Kolam ini populer dari pagi hingga sore hari.

Probably the best hotel in kota kinabalu. The minimalist rooms are spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable. Take a high floor room with a view of the sea and be astounded by the breathtaking sunset from your balcony or go to the top floor and enjoy a cocktail or more during the golden hour. Breakfast offers a wide selection of local and international dishes. Very high quality food. The rooftop pool is very nice and partly covered so you can go swimming all day without being burned by the sun. The staff is very friendly. I loved it.

If you want to go to the island, this hotel is close to jesselton point, just 5 minutes walk away. Visit rooftop restaurant for a birthday celebration. The staff was very helpful, supportive, and kind. Try the salmon on the menu it was the best salmon ive ever eaten. Worth every penny when you come here. Highly recommended to come here. The place was convenient with a nice view. But unfortunately we come at night and it rains. So we couldnt enjoy the view. But i believe the view was stunning.

Thu 30 november 2023 My wife and i had a wonderful 4D/3N stay at the Hyatt centric hotel in Kota kinabalu, which is the first Hyatt centric hotel in malaysia. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, along the picturesque kk waterfront, with easy access to the local shopping and dining. The hotel offers a stunning view of the south china sea and the city skyline from its rooms and facilities. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a large flatscreen tv, an electric iron with a sturdy stand, an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and a minibar with a nespresso machine. We loved the locally inspired decor and the custom artwork that reflected the culture and heritage of sabah. The room also had free wifi, air conditioning, and a safe. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were fresh. Breakfast was included in our stay, and it was delicious and varied. We had a choice of halal local and international dishes, such as wake up shots mix fruit drinks, fried rice, roti canai, toast, eggs, sausages, beef, mutton, chicken satay cereals, and local fruits. The hotel also had an outdoor pool, a fitness center, a bar, and a cafe on 23 nai. We didnt use these facilities, but we took a quick tour of them and found them to be wellmaintained and enjoyable. The hotel also offered a parking garage with valet parking, a 24hour front desk, a tour desk, and a concierge service. Overall, we had a great stay at the hyatt centric hotel in kuta kinabalu, and we would recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable and convenient accommodation in kuta kinabalu. P. S. After my shower, i was trapped because the glass door was jammed when i tried to open it by pulling the door instead of pushing. Fortunately, the hotel maintenance staff came to the rescue by removing the plastic seal of the glass door.

The hotel is relatively new, about 20 minutes from the airport. Very convenient location. Its in front of a large shopping mall and about a 5 minute walk from jaesselton jetty. The staff were very friendly. It was the best service ive ever had in a hotel. Everything was very clean and the staff really went out of their way to ensure that you have a great experience at the hotel.

Excellent hotel stay with excellent rooms and excellent service. Four stars for service because the food was delicious, but the breakfast dishes could have had a little more sparkle. But thats a minor point. Top location and everything had a really high finish. Would definitely stay again if or when returning to kota kinabalu. Some views from the 22nd floor restaurant sunrise and the 23rd floor bar and pool. Love, an art installation outside the local mall which is 2 minutes away, has everything you need. Interesting, the same sign can be found in a tate modern in london.

Pelayanan hotel yang bagus dan sarapan yang enak. Ada kolam renang dan bar di lantai 23 dan bartender dan stafnya ramah. Dan ada gym tempat Anda bisa berolahraga, jadi sangat cocok untuk berolahraga sambil melihat ke luar di pagi hari. Lokasinya bagus dengan Suria Sabah Shopping Mall di depan hotel dan Dermaga Jesselton di seberangnya. Namun, mungkin sedikit merepotkan untuk mencapai pantai atau pasar Filipina jika Anda tidak bepergian dengan mobil.
