Check in Rules and Regulations:
Check in time from 3pm onwards until 11.59pm.
Any arrival later then 12 am will not be served and will consider as No Show.
Any booking makes after 12 am (previous day booking) will not be served and will be consider as No Show.
Guests must provide a valid form of government-regulated identification (e.g. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in.
Early check in is depend on the apartment availability which need to confirm by the customer service manager.
(Early check in charge RM20 per hour)

Check out Rules and Regulations:
Check out time before 12 noon.
Check out time is defined by the time guest send a video of recording key returning to the said mailbox.
Self-check-out is available. Guest is required to return the full set keys and access cards to the mailbox (B1-36-13).
No mailbox password is required. Guest just needs to drop in the keys and cards through the hole of mailbox.
Guest is required to take a video of recording keys and card retuning to the mailbox. (Late check out charge RM20 per hour).

Security Deposit is required for every check in.
Amount RM100
To be paid before collecting the keys and access cards.
Payment method: cash or bank transfer.
(Payment Receipt need to be share to the person in charge, reference please put Full name of guest).
The security deposit will be refunded to the guest's bank account by bank transfer before 8pm (same day as the check out date).
Guest is required to share his own bank account number for deposit refund purpose, (No QR pay is available).

The Activities below is straightly prohibited in our home stay, and it will make us forfeit the security deposit and claim from the guest if the security deposit RM100 cannot cover the costing of repairing or replacement.
1. Smoking Or Vaping
2. Party or Loud Music in the apartment
3. Eating and bring in PORK or DURIAN in the apartment
4. Exceed total maximum head count of home stay
5. Any furniture has been damage or missing

Any illegal activities against Malaysia law found in the home stay will be reported to the police station immediately. And security deposit RM100 will be forfeited with no reason.
