I highly recommend the hotel and its services. I booked a suite of two rooms, a hall, and two bathrooms for two weeks, and it was one of the best suites, very clean, and the best service from the youngest employee to the general manager. I like the attention and followup. I liked the site, and everyone helps you, and i thank them very much for everything, and it will be my first choice on my next trip to malaysia. It exceeded all my expectations, and i recommend the hotel to customers from the middle east, especially families, because it meets all requirements and services and is close to everything that guests need.

Dont go there! The hotel changed its name. We booked in October to go on february and they didnt recognize our booking.

The location is close to public transport and lalaport. The hotel is quite clean, but there are a few empty bottles under the sofa and bed. Breakfast options are very limited.

Good and clean apartment style hotel. The downside is that i booked this place for 6 people, and the unit show up and shows can sleep for 6 people. But the unit only has beds for 4 people. I thought there would be an extra bed, but we have to pay extra for that. The kitchen is very basic, just 2 plates, 2 bowls, and a few spoons and forks. If the unit is for 4 people, it should provide at least 4 plates.

First of all, we wanted to place our luggage in the lobby because we wanted to walk around and it wasnt check in time yet and it was great because the security guard helped us tie our luggage. Fantastic management who answered all our questions and ensured we had no problems with our stay. The room itself is great as there were no issues faced and it was comfortable.

I would recommend this highclass hotel to anyone traveling with family or tourists here. It is very competitive against other hotels in the area, but it offers more than i paid for, with stunning scenery and spacious rooms. The view i wake up to every morning is just unbeatable, facing lalaport shopping mall. It is just a street away from pavilion kl and times square kl. The room is very clean and spacious, not to mention the modernity of the room is generous.
