Except that need to climb stairs to roof top for breakfast & to swimming pool, others are great for our first visit. Looking forward to come again. P/S: If the price could be cheaper, it will be much better ~(",)~ ♥

Booked this apartment for the Eid holiday. Near my grandparents house and near the market. Overall the apartment is spacious enough for us, 4 adults. The apartment is a bit warm in view of the heavy gold interior from roof to floor. The curtain is thin, I was easily waken up by the sunlight. Complete with basic necessity however for the price, I would expect a better service.

We loved the room! The decor, and the size! But for cleanliness, a thumbs down. The water is yellowish no matter how long you keep it running. The cups on the table seem to havent been washed in quite a while. No food room service either. We called in the afternoon and they said the chef was gone home already. We were thinking, then the chef comes to work for what? Plus, they don't appear to clean the pool area. We returned to the house and there were a lot of plastic bags with leftover food from previous guests. we had a different view on swimming. I hope you can blend the service to your room interior.

The hotel was beautiful, neat, and comfortable, and the price was affordable. The employees were very friendly, and the rooms and facilities were very convenient. The decoration of the room and the hotel itself prove that the owner cares about his guests.

A pleasant night in a 2 bedroom suite starting in September 2018. Beautiful interior tiles, bed linen, dining table, etc. Not as bad as the reviews of travellers. The entire suite was clean. However, there are a few outlets that are not working. Especially the water heater. It wasn't working and no maintenance service was available to fix it. There isn't a door lock for both rooms. Not ideal but just one shared toilet. Parking is convenient, opposite the hotel entrance and with good security. Only 1 receptionist. Slow checkout.

The food was very terrible. I would like to start by saying that the interior was stunning when we entered the room. Nothing spectacular, but we wouldnt mind it. Sadly, it became apparent that this is awful once we were settled in. Floor. It feels as if it hadnt been cleaned or mopped in a long time. The table cabinet was so dusty. Its amazing! The cup in the bathroom was not quite dirty. Its a disaster. When we turn on the tap, there is a musty odor coming out. When guests call and request an iron and an onboard, we are given the greatest shock of our life. Seriously, there isnt room service in addition to that. Ah! Surprisingly, the next day, breakfast was provided for us, and wow! How shock were we. Their breakfast meals appeared to be bought from outside, and placed it on a nice plate and wrapped it up.

The apartment deco is impressive given the first impression when we walked in. Staffs are friendly and helpful when approached. Apartment view away from the main road though not noisy but the nearby mosque as early wake up calls. The hotel F&B outlet is not operating which I believe there isn't enough guests to sustain the operation and business. Hotel location is away from city centre and unless you drive it would be rather inconvenience.

Hotel was pretty decent for a family room. Able to accommodate 2 adults with 3 kids. The family room we got has 2 separate room with Queens size bed. You got a feel of a 3 room HDB house like in Singapore. I would say that the locations was great since you can get food easily just by walking out. The hotel is also located near the highway which seem convenient to commute but minus the noise at night which can be tolerated. Had no time to view the swimming pool, nevertheless a good experience since kids and missus did not complain. The reception attended to us was pleasant but had little knowledge of the area.

The hotel is easily accessible. The room is clean and the staff is very polite. One con is the aircon in one of the rooms was not working well. The temperature was set at 23 degree but the air blow out was warm. Highlight to the hotel staff in the morning but was still not rectified when I am back to the hotel in the evening.
