I stayed for 5 days, the front was full of cockroaches, but overall it was pretty decent! Nice shower with cold and hot options, lots of places to find food and a cute cat near the entrance door very friendly!.

Selfcheckin is a very convenient option. The same applies to checkout. A rm 10 deposit can be made by cash or card. The lady receptionist is very helpful with the checkin and checkout processes. They will guide you on how to use the machine. The single room is perfect for sleeping. If you want to pray, please do so at your bed. There is no other space. Or if im not mistaken, they have musolla on the ground floor. The toilet is not very clean, it smells bad. Get your own toothbrush and toothpaste. They dont provide it. All in one shampoo is provided. Overall a good short stay.

Ada sekitar 5 per 6 kelompok orang yang ingin check-in dengan saya pada waktu yang sama. Semua orang tidak bisa memeriksa berhasil masuk dan tidak ada staf terkait. Bisa bertanya. Kamarnya sangat kotor. Itu adalah pengalaman yang sangat buruk. Saya sangat menyesal memesan hotel ini. Saya menyarankan semua orang yang melihat pesan ini untuk tidak memesan hotel ini! During checkin, it was a pleasant and quick experience. Our family room was nice and comfortable for three people. The hotels concept is japanese with low beds. There is a clean towel and sejadah provided. White, clean bedsheets. The price is very reasonable. And a shared iron and ironing board is available at the back hallway. Improvements, more power point for a family room of three (we had to take turns charging our phones. Soap container must be full and filled for new guests. Our soap container was empty.

I booked rm 61 for my final single room for that weekend. The first impression of the room was nice but burn your eyes. You can turn off the blue light after that. The air conditioner and water all function well, but there is no hot water. The room was small so i had to pray on the bed. Other amenities you can get here are free water refills. There are also light food such as maggi, coffee and a nice comfortable place to gather and talk in the lobby downstairs. All the room was not for smoking, so if you want to smoke, you have to go outside. Checkin and checkout are done at a kiosk, no staff at the counter. Plenty of parking with shops around the hotel. However, i think the cleanliness is below standard due to the lack of staff. Hair and spot on the sheet bed. I think all the guests who have been here also think the hotel cleanliness was not good, it was bad.

The price is reasonable, but dont expect much. Suitable for business travelers. Nice layout and cute space. Nearby amenities include kedai makan, toll, spa, and mosque. Grab and food panda coverage area. However, parking is required as it is under mbsa.

In our continuous efforts to enhance your experience at Laman Green The Boutique Hotel, we would like to inform you of the following updates to our hotel policies,effective immediately:

1. Self-Service Check-In and Check-Out Process:
Kindly note that all check-in and check-out processes will now be facilitated through our self-service kiosk machine. We encourage all guests to utilize theself-service kiosk machine for these procedures during their stay.

2. Change of Operation Hours:
As of November 2023, our hotel's operation hours have been adjusted. We will now beoperating from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM daily. Please be informed that our staff will not beavailable after midnight. Guests who wish to check in or check out during non-staffedhours must utilize the self-service kiosk machine, which will be operational 24/7.

3. Late Check-In Advisory:
We strongly advise all guests to check in before 12:00 AM (midnight). After this time, allreserved rooms will be automatically released. In the event that a walk-in guest arrivesafter midnight and wishes to purchase a room, the kiosk machine will assign the availableroom to them. If you anticipate a late arrival, please inform us in advance by calling ormessaging us via WhatsApp at +6011-59882093, or by calling us directly via landline at+603-5511 8808.

4. Early Check-In Policy:
Early check-ins occurring between 10:00 AM and 2:59 PM will be considered as earlycheck-ins, and a MYR50.00 fee will be automatically charged upon checking in at thekiosk machine. Please note that our official check-in time is at 3:00 PM. All early check-inrequests are subject to availability.

5. Late Check-Out Policy:
Late check-outs are permitted with an additional charge of MYR10.00 per hour. Themaximum late check-out time allowed is 5:00 PM. After 5:00 PM, guests will automaticallybe charged a one-night stay fee. Late check-out requests are subject to availability.

Effective 1st January 2026, the Selangor State Local Government will impose a Sustainable Fee calculated per room per night of MYR 2 for apartments, motels, inns, homestays, and 0–2 star-rated properties; MYR 3 for 3-star properties; MYR 5 for 4-star properties; and MYR 7 for 5-star properties. This charge is payable directly to the hotel upon check-in and is not included in the stated room rates or taxes.
