The hotel offers good value for money and boasts an excellent location. The welcome drink provided was refreshing, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. I particularly enjoyed their rooftop restaurant. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the linens had a pleasant scent. I will definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

Nice hotel in a convenient location. The rooftop buffet breakfast offers a decent selection and an amazing view of the beach. However, the downside is that all guests returning from the beach, shower directly outside the front door, then walk through the lobby and enter the elevators, then walk along the corridors to their rooms, the floor becomes very slippery and very dangerous. I attempted to speak with the reception, but they said they thought it was fine.

The location is good. The high floor facing the beach with a balcony has a nice view. The room is quite simple, the bed cover is old and the towels are old. Cleaning people always forget something after cleaning. No warm service from the receptionist, even after charging our tourist tax twice, wasted our time to get a refund, no apology at all! So rude!.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location which is very close to chanang beach. The condition of the room is good. Only a bath mat was given to me on the third day of my stay. The friendliness of the staff is also good. The condition of the buildings also needs to be cleaned up even more as many of them look worn out with time. This hotel has the potential to provide even better services and facilities for guests who stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, making it one of Langkawis most convenient resorts with easy access to the sea. The rooftop restaurant, which serves breakfast and has a comfortable seating arrangement, is a nice addition. Shops and amenities such as food shops, malls, McDonalds, secret recipe luggage shops, souvenir shops, and medicine stores are all within a 2 to 7minute walk away. The staff is friendly, and the price could be a little bit lower. The hotel does not offer clean food and drinks frequently, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, i had a positive experience.

Kelebihan : • Lokasi sangat strategis. Hotel ini berada tepat didepan pantai. Cenang Mall berlokasi sekitar 100 m dari hotel. Banyak tempat makan di sekitaran hotel. Subway, Mc D, Starbuck, Pizza Hut hanya berjarak sekitar 100 m dari hotel. Toko souvenir juga banyak di sekitaran hotel. Tour agent untuk membeli paket wisata juga banyak bertebaran di sekitar hotel. Banyak Duty Free Store di sekitaran hotel. • Staff sangat ramah. • Sarapan enak dan pilihannya cukup banyak. • Tempat parkir yang luas. Kekurangan : • TV dengan channel lokal. Mungkin bisa dipertimbangkan untuk mengganti menjadi Smart TV sehingga tamu bisa menonton Youtube atau Netflix (login Netflix bisa dengan akun pribadi milik masing-masing tamu).

Kami memesan kamar deluxe dengan balkon dan pemandangan laut. Kami mendapatkan kamar di lantai pertama di mana Anda tidak dapat melihat laut. Setelah bersikeras, kami mendapat kamar di lantai dua keesokan harinya. Anda dapat melihat sedikit laut di sana. Pelayanannya oke. Sambungan di kamar mandi berjamur dan belum dibersihkan. Jika Anda mengusapnya dengan handuk, warnanya menjadi hitam. Kami mungkin tidak membersihkan lorong sama sekali karena ada piring yang tergeletak di sekitar selama kami menginap (3 malam). Plester jatuh dari dinding dan kami juga belum membersihkannya. Kursi di balkon sudah tua dan kotor. Pagar dan atapnya berkarat. Dengan harga yang mahal, Anda pasti bisa mendapatkan hotel yang lebih bagus dan yang terpenting, hotel yang lebih bersih. Meskipun mungkin tidak dengan pemandangan laut.

The room is very clean and spacious. The breakfast menu was delicious only kuetiau goreng and bihun singapore tasteless. I tried their rojak pasembur set with orange cordial drink this is really delicious. The staff here are very friendly and helpful, close to eating areas, malls, souvenir shops, and underwater world parks. The cafe is located on the roof and faces the sea, enjoying the food and drinks. At night, we had free big screen movies in the open and the windy is just so relaxing! I highly recommend this resort.
