When i return to langkawi, ill most certainly choose this hotel again. Excellent hotel with helpful and kind personnel, spotless accommodations, and a prime beachfront location! There are numerous eateries and an online convenience store right next door.

The resort offers affordable prices, with friendly and helpful staff. The location is ideal, being conveniently close to the chenang beach. However, please make reservations early, especially during public holidays, as it is always fully booked. Additionally, there are numerous restaurants in close proximity.

The only advantage of staying here is that the beach is right behind the hotel. There is also a laundry bar within walking distance. Convenience stores, clothing stores and chocolate shops are everywhere. The room floor is quite sticky. Water pressure in the bathroom can be quite frustrating at times. Bed was fine. Bathroom spacious.

If you have a large family and need to accommodate the entire family in one location, this is the place to be. Cheaper than other places where you can enjoy d cenang beach front. They dont have private pools.

Following the Tourism Tax Act 2017, all foreign tourists staying at any accommodation in Malaysia are subject to a tourism tax of MYR 10 per room per night. Other city tax or heritage fees might apply according to the local government’s regulation.

[Now - 31 December 2024] Following the Municipal Council of Langkawi regulations, the room rate per night will be subject to a heritage fee of 1 MYR for 1 and 2-star hotels, 3 MYR for 3 and 4-star hotels, and 5 MYR for 5-star hotels and will be paid upon check-in.

Effective September 1st, 2017, as per Government of Malaysia requirements, hotel guests who are not Malaysian citizens or long-term/permanent residents of Malaysia will be levied a tourism tax of RM 10.00 per room per night stay. Please note these changes in tax structure will result in revised taxes being charged and will be payable additionally during check in.

Effective January 1, 2025, the Municipal Council of Langkawi will impose a Heritage Fee of MYR 1-10 per room per night. This tax applies to all 0 to 5-star hotels and must be paid upon check-in. During special events, such as the Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace (LIMA) Exhibition, Le Tour de Langkawi, Ironman Langkawi, and Oceanman Langkawi, the Heritage Fee will increase to MYR 2-20 per room per night.
