Hotel ini terletak sekitar 5 km dari Bukit Bintang, Jalan Alor dan Kuala Lumpur Central Area. Lokasinya tidak terlalu strategis, tetapi cocok untuk mereka yang mencari ketenangan dan tidak ingin menginap di tengah keramaian. Baca semua ulasan tentang hotel ini sebelum membuat keputusan. Tip: Booking lebih awal melalui aplikasi lain, jadi Anda dapat mendapatkan harga terbaik. Saya memesan sekitar 148, RM per malam termasuk pajak pariwisata asing. Hotel bintang 4 Accor ini dianggap murah dan sangat layak. Lobi juga bersih, dingin, dan modern. Cocok untuk perjalanan bisnis! Bahkan di kamar termurah, ada meja kopi dan mini. Ini resmi dibuka pada Desember 2023 ketika saya menginap di Februari 2024, semuanya masih baru. Interiornya bagus. Stafnya juga bagus (walaupun mereka lupa membersihkan kamar saya padahal saya booking 4 malam di sini, saya harus menginformasikan resepsionis jika ingin kamar dibersihkan). Saya mendapat poin, beberapa pengulas mengatakan bahwa kamar mandinya kotor. Ya, saya merasa itu satu hal kecil, Anda hanya perlu menutup pintu kamar sementara Anda berada di kamar. Pertimbangkan untuk kembali jika harganya sama. Sangat berharga untuk sebuah hotel rantai yang besar. Bukan yang terbaik, tapi tetap sangat bagus. Pasar mini berada di sebelah kanan. Stasiun MRT juga dekat.

Biaya parkir RM 10 sekali masuk. Kamarnya bagus dan bersih. Kolam Skyview cukup kecil dan gym hanya dilengkapi dengan peralatan aerobik dan tidak ada alat angkat berat. Pelayanannya lambat, hanya ada 2 staf di konter dan penuh dengan pelanggan.

First of all, the location of this place is very convenient as it is within walking distance of many landmark places like trx etc. Second, the room is clean and comfortable, with a good view of kl city center from where i stayed. Thirdly, the service is courteous, and check in is easy and smooth! Come and experience it.

The rooms are new, spacious, and clean. Wifi in most areas. It seems to be around 40 mbps. This is sufficient for working online. The breakfast buffet has a good selection of food and is better than Mercure Shaw parade. The dining area is clean, fresh, and new. The staff is friendly and attentive. One staff member delivered extra water when we asked. Easy pickup and drop off location for grab. Accor memeber benefits applied - room upgrade, drinks voucher, late checkout. Cons - The upper floors are very hot in the hallways and lift areas. - The rooftop pool area is nice but quite small. Wifi login was difficult and confusing. It could also be faster. We are in 2024 - how can new hotels not have 100 mbps?.

Ini adalah hotel yang saya rekomendasikan untuk perjalanan bisnis atau pasangan. Meskipun tidak berada di lokasi utama Kuala, ada stasiun metro yang berjarak sekitar 1 km, jadi transportasinya lumayan. Sarapannya enak dan sepadan, dan harganya masuk akal mengingat fasilitasnya. I stayed for 3 nights. Checked in around 11 pm so i didnt have a long queue like other reviewers. Checkin was very smooth. The daytime receptionists probably need a little more urgency. The restaurant staff are very nice and accommodating. I didnt have breakfast here but the restaurant itself is quite nicely designed. The pool is standard of merure but the gym is to my surprise, a bit lacking without dumbbells and press machines. Ibis pjcc has a better and more spacious gym than this, surprisingly. The room is fine. Sheets are made daily, albeit very late at night (8 pm ish). But the effort is definitely there. The bathroom design is a disaster. Be careful if you are not fit. The designer and team who approved the door design should be shot in the head. Overall, the rooms are a fraction of the usual Mercure price, so worth trying. I would say mercure gondola is better.

I was worried about staying with all the negative reviews, but it turned out to be a comfortable stay 1. The hotel took the effort and called me to confirm my reservation one day before my stay 2. Checkin during offpeak hours was quick and smooth. Having said that, two counters would definitely be better as there are sometimes quite long lines. The room is new, clean, and comfortable. The suite is very spacious with two bathrooms. Just that there is a slight smell coming from the bathroom 4. The bathtub is great, hot water fills very quickly. Yes, adjusting the temperature could be a bit difficult, you just need to turn the knob and wait for a while, and the service is prompt. Ordered some items from the cleaners, and the request was fulfilled promptly. Breakfast spread is good, the restaurant is spacious, and service is prompt. The view from the room is fantastic, trx is directly in front, and you can see klcc and kl tower in the same view. The pool and gym are fairly standard, no frills, and it does its job. There are some restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores downstairs. The location is close to kl city center. Although the nitty gritty details may not be as great as other Accor hotels, i am very satisfied with my stay and cant find anything wrong with the new opening and the price paid for new years eve. The team is accommodating and doing their best. Keep up the good work.

Saya tidak punya cara untuk mengajukan tagihan kepada perusahaan, dan tidak ada yang mendengarkan ketika saya menelepon. Dia tidak menjawab telepon dan bahkan setelah menelepon berkali-kali, dia tidak menjawab telepon. Kemudian ketika saya check-in, saya melihat orang lain menelepon dan orang di ujung telepon mengabaikannya sama sekali. Saat itu saya mengatakan kalau pesanan aplikasi dibayar di tempat, tidak ada cara untuk mendapatkan kwitansi dari aplikasi, pihak lain bersikeras bahwa mereka tidak bisa mempublikasikannya melalui aplikasi. Sekarang saya tidak punya cara untuk mengajukan tagihan dengan perusahaan dan tidak ada yang mendengarkan saat saya menelepon.

This hotel was only opened on december 18, 2023. The room is nice and welldesigned, perfect for a break in the middle of the city. Breakfast is also good. The location is perfect. For parking, you need to go downstairs, tap your card to enter general parking, then move to a specific hotel parking area by tapping the same card again. You need to register your card at the reception to get a discount of 10 rm, otherwise you have to pay 25 rm. There is a small room for improvement, which i believe they will fix.

Saya telah tinggal di Mercure Hotel Tryon untuk waktu yang lama. Perjalanan kereta bawah tanah sangat nyaman! Sarapannya juga cukup enak, pokoknya bagus. Tempat ini ramai di akhir pekan, tapi sepi di hari kerja. Kamar kompak tapi bersih. Untuk harga, ini adalah hotel yang bagus.
