Comfortable space with ample opportunity to climate control each room. Nice pool, shopping right across the road and the staff are lovely and very accommodating. Not even a bench offered to smokers in the small outside area they allow you to smoke.

Our time here was truly enjoyable. The staff provided excellent service, and the food at the restaurant was both delicious and of high quality. The service at the restaurant was exceptional and wellorganized, especially from intern, jheck, who attentively assisted us and made us feel like we were in a fivestar hotel. Well done! I spent a few nights in kuala lumpur and needed a hotel away from the city center. I was recommended merure living putrajaya. The hotel is located on top of a mall with several restaurants, a 7 11 and a Starbucks. The checkin process was efficient and friendly. The team greeted me very warmly. I had a room on level 30 which was a decent size, wellappointed and tastefully decorated. I loved the large bathroom, bathtub and shower. They were great. The bed was kingsize and very comfortable. It was exactly to my liking. I had dinner at shabu restaurant on the upper ground level. This was my first experience in this type of restaurant. I was initially a little scared, but i ended up really enjoying it. There was such a great selection of meat, seafood, and vegetables. I also really loved all the different types of mushrooms. I also ate there on my second night, but i chose to go to char kway teow which was delicious. Breakfast is in the same restaurant and there is a great selection of coffee. I loved the hotel pool. It was a great size and the water temperature was just right. I wish there was more outdoor furniture and shading. Overall, i really enjoyed every aspect of this hotel. I will definitely stay here again when i return to kuala lumpur.

Hotel ini terletak di dalam mal, dan resepsionisnya ramah dan sangat profesional. Kamar-kamarnya sangat bersih dan luas. Hanya saja showernya sulit diatur dan shower hujannya tidak berfungsi dengan baik. Sarapannya sangat enak dan banyak pilihan. Secara keseluruhan, luar biasa.
