Positives include a large room, a convenient location near a mall, a satisfying breakfast, a comfortable bed, and a bathtub. However, the room is quite old, the carpet in the corridor smells bad, the hot water does not work in the morning, and the water pressure is slow.

The only drawback is the leaking toilet bidet hose. It is advisable to check every vacant or checked out room. The shower has excellent water pressure, which is a nice feature, and the room is large. In general, we had a great time.

A very reasonably priced hotel connected to a mall. The staff were kind and very accommodating. Good breakfast buffet too! I was there for 2 nights and found it very convenient. Loved that it has a shopping center attached so if i ever need anything it is very easy to get.

Meritz Hotel memiliki lokasi yang bagus di pusat kota Miri di sebelah Bintan Megamall. Kami menginap di kamar deluxe king dengan pemandangan laut yang indah. Staf sangat ramah dan membantu. Kamarnya bersih, besar dan dihias dengan baik. Saya ingin tinggal di sini lagi pada kunjungan saya berikutnya ke Miri.
