Modern Suite in Penang Island

1) Check-in after 3pm. Early check-in is subject to availability upon arrival. Check out before 11am. If you wish to request late check-out, the first 2 hours (11am-1pm) will be charged RM80, and each subsequent hour will be charged RM50 (1pm-3pm). After 3pm, the guest will be charged a full day's rate.
2) The published rate is strictly for a stay of maximum 4 pax. Additional guests beyond those declared are not permitted. The management retains the right to remove any undeclared guests during the stay.
3) Parties and events are strictly prohibited in the apartment.
4) Do not wear outdoor shoe inside the apartment.
5) Please turn off all air-conditioners, water heater, ventilation fan, and lights when leaving the apartment.
6) Each apartment unit is provided with one assigned car park lot. Guests are required to park in their assigned lot number and will be charged a penalty of RM100 if found violating the car park rules. The car park system operates on a looping traceability system which requires guests to scan their car on the LG floor and 3rd floor station when driving in and scan again at the 4th floor and LG floor exit station when driving out. Any violations will result in a fine of RM100 from the building management.
7) For the comfort of all guests, we have a strict no durian policy in place within the apartment.
8) Pets are not permitted in the apartment. Guests found with pets may face disciplinary action and may be charged for any damages or cleaning required.
9) Guests are responsible for the apartment key, access card, and car parking card provided upon arrival. Any damages or loss of these items will incur a fee of RM100 per card.
10) All the rooms/areas are strictly non-smoking.
11) Guests are responsible for the safety and security of their own valuables during their stay.
12) Guests will be held liable for any damage or stains caused to our towels, bed, sofa, chairs, paintings, hair dryers, and other items provided. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest.
13) Guests are responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment both inside and outside of the apartment during their stay.
