I love everything ab this hotel. I even extended my stay fr 1 day to 2. The staff were very approachable and quick in action. The reception even offered me an upgrade with a breakfast voucher. I was so touched by their concern. The room was so clean, spacious, well-lighted, and most importantly, so wangi! This included the bathroom. Such a pleasant experience!

The room is spacious and clean. The tv channel is good and there is wifi. The air conditioner is quite noisy, but it was tolerable because we thought it was raining. Satisfied with the bathroom, except that the toilet bowl was dirty and the toilet mat was torn. Should have a holder near the bath as it is quite slippery to get off. The left wing room smelled damp and the ceiling was broken. Breakfast was fine. Love the chicken rendang. Other dishes are fine. There is no pastry choice and it is edible. I found anak lipas near the omelette counter but i dont want to make a scene. Satisfied with the swimming pool even cant really enjoy it due to the rainy weather. I suggest having benches at the swimming pool.

Definitely the traditional decoration is superb. I like the bathroom design and check-in/out service was fast. Unfortunately, my room had an aircon issue. I am glad the staff was so helpful and prompt in resolving the issue. Thank you!
