The hotel is in a beautiful setting. On arrival James and Felix gave us a lovely welcome & explained where everything could be found, we received a room upgrade with a sea view & balcony as they are completing works / upgrades to the restaurant & rooms. The works took place from 8am onwards, it didn't effect us. Its great to see the money being invested. Our upgraded room was beautiful with a wonderful sea view. The food in the restaurants was of a very high standard, the same for the breakfast. All the staff are an absolute credit to the hotel, the staff on reception, restaurant (evening and breakfast), tthe pool staff, the bar, the cleaners, even the workmen onsite. Very polite and can't do enough for you. Highly recommend, we will definitely be going back in the future. Large list of available day trips and things to do, away from the hotel and plenty to do at the hotel, water sports etc, highly recommend the spa, we had a massage which was amazing. Large list of treatments, all very reasonably priced. Thank you to everyone at the hotel that made our honeymoon & holiday so special.

Most beautiful beaches and sunrise The hotel is like a elegant garden The staff is really nice and friendly The atmosphere is quite and you can hear the gorgeous sound of the bird You can see many lovely animals like monkeys lizard many kinds of bird and squirrels Standing on the balcony viewing the peaceful sea you know that life can really be a long adventure

해변과 정원이 아름답습니다. 아이들이 뛰어놀기에 좋은 넓은 정원과 해변이 있어서 좋네요. 자연속에서의 힐링을 원한다면 추천입니다. 방은 청소가 잘 되어있지만, 숙소 자체가 오래되었기 때문에 아주 깔끔한 것을 좋아하시는 분이라면 꺼릴 수 있겠단 생각이 들었습니다. 저는 비염과 먼지알레르기가 있어서 숙소에서 재채기를 많이했어요. 그리고 욕실 바닥이 미끄러워서 한 번 자빠졌습니다. 그래도 자고 일어나서 새소리와 바닷소리가 들리니 너무 좋았고, 룸서비스나 한글메뉴판이 잘 되어 있는 점이 좋았습니다. 수영장도 유아풀 따로 있어서 잘 놀았고요.

It was perfect resort during holiday!!! Great service, beautiful scenery, good food, clean and neat room. So much fun! I just worried that some people said room was pretty old, but i don't think so. might be renovated? clean definitely. Highly recommend this resort for relax in nature. Pretty far from the city center but they have shuttle service and we used it twice. :)

시내접근성이 떨어집니다. 리조트 셔틀이 편도 인당 10링깃에 있기는 하지만 7인승 밴 하나로 운영해서 미리 예약하지 않으면 자리가 없어요. 조식은 많이 안먹으니까 그럭저럭 먹을만.. 골프는 숙소 룸번호 기재하면 240링깃. 4박동안 18홀 4번 쳤는데 30도 지만 참을만한 더위예요.

Comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location next to the sea. Private beach, very clean. Wide choice of good quality food from at least five restaurants with different cuisines. Not too busy, possibly low season. Most other guests were families or couples, majority Chinese with a few people from other areas. A little isolated and quite far from the city (Kota Kinabalu), about 45 minutes journey by shuttle bus or taxi.

The staff are all courteous and offer excellent service especially in the F&B outlets. I visited this property in 2003 and it is the charm of the hotel that made me go back there again this time. Food at outlets is still good and you get quality for what you pay.
