Well, first, we could not find the entrance. We saw the hotel name on the windows, walked around the block like idiots, asked strangers, but there was absolutely no sign saying where we should enter the building. We found it after all, on 2nd floor. No open reception like in other hotels, just a small desk behind locked door. When we arrived, nobody was there and we could not get in. Luckily, some guests were sitting in common area and saw us banging on the door, they let us in, and called the receptionist on the phone. He probably forgot about us coming or didn't care, anyway, the person then guided us to find the keys and room over the phone! Very weird and unprofessional. No apology. The room was small without window, but superb clean, new and modern, so that was great. Anyway, I will probably try to find something different next time in KK. Not bad, the room was fantastic, but the service was a bit awkward.
