I had a really wonderful time staying at the Orchid Hills Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. From the moment I arrived, I was extremely well looked after, and the level of care and attention from the staff really stood out. The area itself is fantastic—great location with plenty around, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The hotel was absolutely amazing, with clean, comfortable rooms and everything you need for a relaxing stay. I’m so happy with my experience here and genuinely very pleased with every aspect of my stay. A big thank you to the hotel for taking such great care of me—it really made a difference. Lonely Traveler Productions absolutely loves this hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.

Orchid Hills Hotel I had a lovely stay at Orchid Hills Hotel in Pudu, Kuala Lumpur. The room was clean, comfortable, and well set up, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay after a busy day out in the city. It had a nice, cosy feel to it, and the bed was especially comfortable, which made a real difference. The location in Pudu is excellent—close to local food spots, shops, and with easy access into the heart of Kuala Lumpur. It’s a great base whether you’re exploring the city or just looking to unwind. Overall, the hospitality was warm and welcoming, and I felt well looked after throughout my stay. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good, reliable place to stay in the Pudu area.

Hotel yang sangat bagus. Terletak di kota yang tidak terlalu ramai. Ke toko serba ada berjarak 10 menit berjalan kaki. Agak merepotkan jika Anda ingin camilan larut malam. Tapi saya tidak keberatan.

Hotelnya bagus dan murah. Saya menginap akhir pekan tetapi hanya mendapat sekitar 1 juta VND untuk 2 malam (2 kamar tidur untuk 4 orang). Toilet pribadi di kamar bersih, ada air panas, minibar, dan AC. Papan setrika memiliki meja terpisah di area umum di luar. Anda akan menyetor RM 50 dan mengembalikannya saat check-out. Lokasi dekat MRL Imbi dan Huangtuan, nyaman untuk dipindahkan ke pusat kawasan Bukit Bintang.

Hotel ini terletak di lokasi yang baik sesuai dengan harga, hop-on dan hop-off 10- 15 menit berjalan kaki. Bukit Bintang dapat dicapai dalam 10 menit berjalan kaki, di mana Anda dapat memperoleh segalanya mulai dari air yang mahal, makanan yang agak mahal (saya menyarankan makan di bukit bintang) hingga berbelanja atau Anda dapat memiliki pilihan lain di belakang hotel yang menghemat uang seperti Anda dapat memperoleh makanan yang Anda inginkan dan minimarket di mana Anda dapat membeli air murah dan barang-barang lainnya dengan harga normal dibandingkan dengan Bukit Bintang. Staf hotel sangat baik, mereka meningkatkan kamar kami tanpa biaya tambahan. Kamar dan kamar kecil bersih, tetapi setelah menggunakan kamar kecil, lantainya basah sementara, yang bukan masalah besar, jadi jika hotel menempatkan ular di kamar kecil, itu bagus. Tempat yang bagus untuk menginap. Kamarnya bersih, stafnya juga baik. Namun, saya memiliki satu trauma di sini selama saya tinggal. Banyak sekali tikus "satu kampung, nenek, ibu, bapak, cucu semuanya ada" di luar gedung hotel, area belakang parkiran, dan area tumpukan sampah. Kejadian ini terjadi pada jam 3 pagi setelah pulang dari makan malam. Ketika Anda datang dan check out, tikus tidak muncul. Saya pikir ini di luar kemampuan hotel untuk mengatasinya karena ini bukan properti hotel, tetapi mungkin Anda dapat mempertimbangkan untuk memikirkan cara mengusir tikus. Seperti membuang sampah di area belakang parkir. Itu adalah kelemahan yang saya lihat saat menginap di hotel ini. Jika pihak hotel dapat mengatasi masalah ini, saya akan memberikan pujian untuk Anda.
