The rooms are clean and free from pests. The toilet is in good condition. It was a bit noisy because the room i had was not far from the main road. The inner roads should be fine.

For our family, we occupy three rooms. The rooms are tidy. They feature a working air conditioner, a flatscreen tv, and a hot water shower. Its simple and sufficient for a good nights sleep as we explore kuantan on weekends. Parking is simple. The location is excellent, situated in the heart of kuantan city. There is a 24hour laundry service nearby.

The hotel is conveniently located. Its ideal for families. There is no need to carry a laundry bag. There is a water dispenser and ironing facilities on the ground floor. Please bring your own sejadah because there is no sejadah for muslims.

Very friendly staff receptionist, housekeeper and miss tan. They are very helpful. Very reasonable rate, clean, convenient and comfortable. I will be back. Comfortable bed. Good water pressure. A bit too noisy if you take the corner lot villa next to the road. Open porch no guard only cctv. Access card to the room area. My visit with large bikes. Parking is not a problem, but security is not so good.

Hotel ini berada tidak jauh dari bandar. Saya sangat puas sekali menginap disini. Staff nya melayani dengan sangat baik hati dan juga hangat. Kebersihan kamar nya sangat baik, kondisinya juga sangat menakjubkan. Ukuran kamar nya lapang. Mereka juga menyediakan air mineral yang ukurannya lapang.

Kamarnya bagus dan bersih, hanya saja tandasnya kurang nyaman. Air panasnya tidak bisa digunakan untuk mandi, panas sekali. Berapa suhunya. Harap pihak hotel juga menyediakan sabun kepada pelanggan. Stafnya baik. Tempat yang bagus karena ada ciri keselamatan. Jika ingin masuk, harus scan kartu identitas. Jadi tidak perlu khawatir jika membawa keluarga.
