The location is a bit isolated and next to the highway. Easy to get e-hailing and grab. The environment feels safe. The food options nearby are indian muslim food at the nearby mall. Clean a bit distance from putrajaya despite the name of the hotel mention putrajaya.

We booked this hotel not realizing the distance from the city center, but ended up liking the location, which is only a short drive from the amazing ioi shopping center. The mall has a wide variety of restaurants. The service is excellent here! The front desk staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is delicious with many western and local favorites. A special mention to mr. Jalil and tuan, who i noticed ensured the restaurant was kept very clean. They both made sure the food was fresh and kept refilled, and dirty plates were cleaned quickly. They are both very hardworking and have excellent customer service skills. The rooms are clean and have the basics of what you need for a quick stay. The beds are very comfortable. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful stay!.
