A refundable deposit of RM50 per room or RM200 per apartment, payable in cash, will be collected upon check-in. This deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or additional charges incurred.
All our rooms are non-smoking. Please note that a penalty will apply if smoking is detected in the room or apartments

As per the Perak Hotels Regulations 2024, a Local Service Charge (Caj Perkhidmatan Tempatan – CPT) of RM3 per room, per night will be applied to all hotels in Perak, effective 1st January 2025. This charge will be added to your total bill. Cash payment is preferred.
Bicycles are not allowed to be brought into or parked in the rooms.
Effective 1 January 2025, a Local Service Charge of MYR 3.00 per room, per night, will be applicable to all stays in the state of Perak, payable directly to the property.
For car parking, we have placed red-colored cones on our designated parking spots. You may remove the cone and park in the space.
Please note that our property does not have a lift. Rooms and apartments are located from the ground floor up to the 3rd floor.
The property does not have an elevator/lift.
Pets and durians are strictly not allowed on the premises.
