I stayed here for 2 nights on an adventure in the rainforest. It's very comfortable and friendly with the hospitable hotel staff. The food is served buffet-style but you can't go without so much. It's in a great location overlooking a sports stadium, it's very fun when we were on vacation and every morning there were a lot of people running on the running track.

Some employees are inexperienced in customer service skills. In what way? We were promptly greeted when we checked in and everything was fine. We reserved the family room in room 120, which included a king-size bed and a single bed. When I made my phone reservation, they politely said no. But my brother-in-law later took a room that was the same as mine, with an additional breakfast of rm 10. I was then interested to hear my brother-in-law inform me that breakfast would be included. Because I prefer conveniences when staying in hotels, I took the opportunity to question the counter receptionist. I didn't locate their names, but the first staff member was pleasant, but then she appeared inadmissible for my questions, so she excuse herself by phoning her colleague. My lovely evening was ruined here by the recalcitrant staff. First of all, she did not ask me my name and room number. I was very courteous in asking her about the breakfast menu for rm 10 which I would like to add or a buffet or unlimited. Surprisingly, her response to me was Mana both semua ini rm 10 as she pointed the menu in a polite manner. I was furious when she answered and explained it to me. Not because rm 10, but because of her receptionist

The staff is nice and helpful. And then, the rooms look very spacious and tidy. Subsequently, the check-in time was very late at 8.30 am in January 2023.
