Lost key card was fined RM500.
Do not drinking and eating in the bedroom, please eat in the living or dining area.
Please park 2 private parking spaces in this unit, park at someone else's parking space and be fined, please handle it yourself.
No eating or drinking in the bedroom
please stay quiet after 11pm.
No smoking indoors, please go to out side. if you smoke on the stairs, please clean the ash by yourself, don't throw cigarette butts.
Please keep it clean.
Do not drink or eat snacks in the bedroom. If the bedding and bath towels are contaminated with food stains that are difficult to clean, the deposit will be deducted.
There will be a cleaning fee for smoke and ash cigarettes in the house.
Deposit RM200 will collect before check in, after check-out, we check the house no problem will refund the deposit.
Please be careful to use the equipment provided by this house and pay for damages.
max 4 aldult +4 kids, over pax will charge RM30/pax. (or you may pay to change to 3 room)
Check out at the latest 12pm.
