This hotel is brand new and the design of the room is fantastic. The bed and pillow are comfortable, and the shower head is strong, but the light in the room is not bright enough. The location is close to many hawker stalls. Maybe this is a new area, so the atmosphere is quiet, which I love.

A little far from the city. There are several restaurants close by. Hotel room is big with a small balcony. The check-in was quick and the bed was quite king size. The toilet light was a little too glowed. The staff were pleasant!.

This hotel is great. The hotel is affordable and clean with good location with restaurants. The room was very comfy for my guess. It has a good amenities that many boutiques provide not as redline. There are clear and enough channels. I booked the room at the hotel for a reason, as it was close to the stadium and Jet provided a free shuttle to the stadium. If I'm not mistaken, it's the only hotel near the hub where a shuttle bus is available. The receptionist made me mad and gave it a low rating during checkout. I was really rudely and disrespectful towards the clerk. The employee didn't seem to like me as I was interrupting him while he was doing his work, and when I approached the counter, the employee seemed unfriendly to me. He politely inquired my room number before returning my deposit and requesting my room number without saying anything and not looking at me. I then just walked away without wanting to cause any problem. Not all of the employees behave in this manner. Check-in staff was fine and I suppose overnight workers finished their work when she departed the hotel, sorry this is the worst hotel staff I've ever experienced in my entire life. I can't bear rudeness so hotel staff I gave a 110 rating. will I return? Definitely because the hotel had a good room and surrounding area. Just hoping that the same

Overall, it's a comfortable hotel at a reasonable price. However, I felt cleanliness could be improved. For example, the teacups were stained and the shower screen was mildly soiled. The hotel met my expectations and there wasn't any cigarette smoke smell. The hotel is also located outskirts, so getting a taxi or grab could be difficult.

The hotel is very popular. A nice place with eateries and affordable rates. Although Redline had plenty of excellent amenities, the room was quite comfortable for their imagining. To be quite clear and clear. I reserved the hotel overall for the reason that it was close to the stadium and Jet provides a free shuttle service there. If I'm not mistaken, it's the only hotel in the area where a shuttle bus is available. The fact that the receptionist treated me extremely impolitely during checkout only spurs me to give a lower rating. When I first approached the counter, the personnel appeared not to like me because I was retorted while he was doing their job. He then asked my room number, and without saying anything and didn't glance at me, he offered my balance. I just decided to leave as opposed to causing any problems. Not all employees behave in this way, however, the checkin staff was fine and, I believe, overnight staff finish work when she left the hotel, I'm sorry this is the worst hotel staff I've ever encountered in my entire existence. I gave the hotel staff a 110 rating for rudeness. Will I return? Certainly, since the hotel offered a decent room and surrounding. I just hoped that the same rude personnel wouldn't be called upon on my subsequent trip to the hotel.

Lokasi jauh dari tempat wisata johor bahru. Jauh dari transportasi umum. Lokasi di komplek ruko, dekat situ banyak resto tapi banyaknya non halal, sulit cari makanan halal. Menginap 2 malam tapi kamar tidak dibersihkan dengan alasan kamar baru dibersihkan 2 hari sekali, dan tidak diinfokan sebelumnya.
