Hotel ini sangat mengecewakan. Dibayar untuk 3 kamar untuk 2 malam, tetapi hanya menginap 1 malam. Resepsionis berada di lantai B 1, tidak ada lobi. Handuk bernoda. Tempat tidurnya tidak nyaman. Bantalnya sudah sangat tua. Secara keseluruhan sudah rusak dan tidak layak untuk ditinggali. Sangat mengecewakan.

The location is good, easy to find food and shopping. The room is fine, only my hp line is a bit weak luckily there is wifi. Transportation is also easy. Close to everything you need. Thank you.

The location is good, but the furniture and environment are all very old. The hotel needs to upgrade their furniture and services to compete with other hotels. Anyway, i found a used toothbrush that hadnt been cleaned before. Otherwise fine, je.

Accessing this hotel is a bit indirect. You enter through the main door of sunway pyramid hotel and proceed to the back of its lobby, where youll find a staircase with a sign that reads resort suites above it. Descend the stairs, check in, and then take a lift up to your room from there. The rooms are tidy, although signs of wear and tear are beginning to show. I was fortunate enough to secure a room on the 23rd floor with a westward view overlooking sunway lagoon.

Lokasinya bagus, tapi saya harus check-in mandiri dan mereka tidak menjawab telepon, jadi saya harus menunggu lebih dari 30 menit untuk check-in. Kamarnya lebih seperti apartemen daripada hotel dan ada kecoak ketika saya sampai di sana. Dan terkesan tua dan tidak terasa bersih. Kamar mandinya tidak ada sabun mandi, sikat gigi, dan pasta gigi. Tidak ada kedap suara, jadi Anda bisa mendengar musik dari kamar sebelah, tolong catat.

The hotel and its staff are outstanding. I almost always got assistance from ziela in the lobby. I plan to return to sunwsy lagoon resort because of the staff members like her. The breakfast menu had a wide variety of cuisine. Despite it being their responsibility, the floor cleaning crew assisted me with my bags.
