viii) Durian, smoking or anything that causes a bad smell that is difficult to completely disappear in the premises is prohibited.
▶ Kindly remove your vehicle from the parking lot before check-out. Return the key and card to the unit mailbox (please take pictures @ video for proof).
i) Please keep card and unit key well. Deposit will be forfeited for lost of card and unit key.

▶ Security deposit will be refund and transfer to bank within 24 hours after check out.
vi) Any damage must be reported to the homestay immediately after it is rented. The guest will be responsible for any damage or loss of any equipment or furniture in the unit up to the cost of repair or replacement.
▶ Guests who wish to extend their stay beyond the date given at check-in are requested to inform us in advance before 10:00 am
RM120 / 3rd 1 hour.
iv) Removing goods from the premises or moving them to other places is prohibited.
ix) After checking, if the cleaner finds the mattress, mattress pad, blanket, pillow or pillowcase to be dirty or foamy, the deposit will be deduct as the cleaning fee.
v) Inviting strangers into the premises, using Sutera Avenue facilities is prohibited.
vii) Carrying illegal goods, exotic plants or pets is prohibited.
ii) Guests must collect all garbage placed in one place and dispose of it next to the elevator provided by the silk route management before check-out.
iii) Please make sure all switches or electricity are turned off before leaving the unit.
