It was very convenient to find food options around the area as well as to get supplies. There is only 1 small lift for the whole hotel though so sometimes you have to take the shelterless staircase at the side. Water takes a while to heat up but still decent. Overall still a pleasant experience.

For the cost, the hotel is great value for money. From outside it may look rundown due to the faded paint but the room was very good, spacious n clean. Check in was superfast even when i registered around 2 pm. No hassle at all. The room key readily available. Great location. Breakfast on roof top with great view but breakfast spread was limited. Understandable for the price paid. The only setback is parking which is very limited. First come first served. I will definitely come back.

only few things. (1) 1 lift only for whole of hotel. (2) Only found room with balcony very attractive. It had beautiful sea views. (3) Although it was free parking sharing with another hotel the parking slots were limited. Apart from the above we truly recommend this hotel. this was our third time stay and won’t be our last.

Good location and height, giving me a lovely view if the beach and the town below. Cleaning staff is a nice and friendly man. The room is spacious. My only suggestion is, the hotel should add some hooks on the wall so that guests can hang clothes etc.

Central location in Cenang Beach. Patio rooms, especially on upper floors have a great view of the sunset. Room very clean, and staff friendly.

My partner and I stayed in the Deluxe Sea View Room on the top floor (level 5) where you can get a decent size balcony with a fantastic sea view. We would say that this would one of the best budget hotel you can get around Cenang, as we noticed that some of the neighboring hotels may may been blocked by some buildings by the beach. Staff were friendly and efficient, the location of the hotel is fantastic as well. It is located right in the middle of Cenang where there are plenty of small food stores, restaurants and souvenir shops along the entire stretch. Cenang Mall and several fast foods chains are also approx. 5 mins walk away, and it takes you approx. 10 mins to get to the Underwater World. There are also a couple of Duty Free stores just a stone's throw away. Cons: As much as the room has met our expectations, we will not recommend anyone to go for any rooms with balcony during the monsoon season (August - Oct, according to the locals). We were awaken by the noise caused by the rain and strong wind (sharp whistling noises from the wind & minor shaking of the sliding door) in the middle of the night, and quite a significant amount of water from the rain was also flowing into our room through the balcony's sliding door. In addition, you may wish to note that there is no hotel security and anybody can easily access the lift and to any floors that they wish. Overall, we would rate this hotel 8 / 10.
