I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel and wanted to share my experience with you. I must say that from the moment i arrived until the day i checked out, i was completely impressed with everything. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. My room was clean, spacious, and wellequipped with all the necessary amenities. I would highly recommend your hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and enjoyable experience.

The staff was very professional and helpful. They accommodated my request for a room with an open window. And when i realized my charger didnt work with the outlets in the room, they quickly loaned me a charger so i could charge my phone and laptop. They also arranged a taxi to the airport.

The room is very clean. The staff give us the best service. Mohammad abnuo is very helpful even though it was late at night. Because of the cleanliness and good service, i highly recommend the royale city hotel.

A hotel is located right next to the highway, 15 minutes drive to klia airport. They offer airport transfer for rm 40 via private charter, just need to notify them at least 2 hours in advance. Check in didnt require a deposit for a double bed no window room. The room was clean enough and acceptable bed sheets and pillows for the price paid. The room is not soundproofed, so you can hear your neighbors talking and taking showers, so if you are easily woken up you can hear them. A nearby mamak restaurant is within walking distance, at night it is quiet and all shops are closed except 99 speed mart, which is a 5minute walk away. I would consider staying at this hotel again for early morning flights and solo travel. Families may consider the lack of access to more shops within walking distance and limited food options, unless you are grabbing.

Not very clean. The towels and bed sheets had stains and the shower was also dirty. The staff is very friendly and free wifi is available. Tip the food court at the back of the hotel is great if you enjoy local cuisine.
