This resort is highly recommended. It is located very close to gohtong jaya town, which has access to many food, groceries, and fuel stations. The place is clean and organized, the staff are friendly and helpful. Soaking in the hot jacuzzi at a cool chilling night is a wonderful and relaxing experience.

This place was hard to find in the morning and early morning, but the staff was great, and they were always happy to give us our key deposit back. We went on a Friday night and the sound from the revving bikes and cars on the road up to the receptionist was pretty noisy. I would still stay at this hotel and will definitely do my best. The breakfast menu was adequate, as there was an outdoor jacuzzi 1 feet from the next room unit. There is no free parking inside the property, it's just that the service was fantastic.

I was on 15th february 2024. R 1. This place is calm and relaxing, and the customer service experience is amazing. Very soft spoken person, often asking if we need something as a guest here. The menu from the buffet when i have breakfast is really local malaysian food. Kudos to the team. Last but not least, the receptionist is an indian guy who looks like hero tam. Keep up your excellent service.

Its a really peaceful place. Perfect for families with children. Our two daughters really liked the place and the facilities. Very helpful staff and thank you so much for the vegetarian breakfast today.

The location is amazing and the breakfast is local standard not international standard. The rooms are two small only for couples, clean and not too strong. The rooms are not very good, the quality is not good.

The room is spacious, the air is fresh, the jacuzzi is relaxing, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff started the campfire early to be considerate of tired customers. The downside is that the water heater is unstable and freezes you. People outside can hear you and cars speeding by at night are loud. The swing cushion needs to be changed. The lighting is a bit dim. Overall, it would be nice for a couple, but be aware that people outside can hear you. If you bring a child, it will be quite stressful with bathing because we adults also nearly get cold with that water system, so be very careful with child care. We really loved the concept and environment, but it would be great if management could improve some of the drawbacks.

Overall, it was still okay. The whole new experience of glamour camping. Have a relaxing time with your family. Enjoy a hot jacuzzi, a fire place, a barbecue, and a peaceful environment by nature. The only sad part is that my family booked the upper area but was disturbed by other people entering and using our facility. Deep into our hot jacuzzi and talking loudly until disturb our sleep. Remember that it is already 2 am. What an experience ya.

The resort needs renovation, but overall, it was a fantastic experience, with a great atmosphere and helpful staff all day long. Please keep in mind that there may be issues with hot water at times, and the road to the resort is somewhat underdeveloped. A great retreat for couples and family reunions.

All in all, everything is good. The staff is all friendly. The only downside is that the room is full of dust and the toilet is very dirty. Hope the second time i visit it will be better.

Great place to unwind with a bed in air conditioning and a private outdoor bathtub. We had smores over the campfire (9 pm onwards only). Its close to gohtong jaya with several convenience stores and halal restaurants.

The location is stunning, and the hot tub jacuzzi is the best feature. The staff here are also very polite and helpful. The place is very well maintained and very clean. There is also hot water in the bathroom, perfect for taking a long hot shower in the cool breeze. There is also a campfire every night. I highly recommend this place for your next stay in Genting!.

The resort is located quite close to the main road, so loud vehicles can be heard, although there wasnt much traffic during my stay. The road leading to the resort is not great, so its best to drive slowly. The first impression is cozy and secluded. The room inside the wooden hut had all the basic necessities, but it could be improved further. The bed was fine, but the pillows were a bit too hard for me. The private jacuzzi was great. Hot water and shower were a bit difficult as you need to adjust the water to get a nice warm shower. Breakfast was good even though it was getting cold even though we went to have it about 40 minutes after it was served. Perhaps the management could consider having food warmers. The wifi was just fine, as the room i took was probably at the far end. Watching tv wasnt really enjoyable due to this and the signal coverage. The host at the reception desk was great. They even had irons to borrow for those who needed to iron. I noticed that they also had books and board games. Overall, a pleasant stay. Not a true glamping experience, but the private outdoor jacuzzi is definitely worth trying. Still has a lot of potential to be much better.

The environment is stunning and impeccably clean. The facilities are impeccably maintained, and the staff members are exceptionally friendly. However, one minor inconvenience was the absence of hot water in both of the rooms i rented. I hope the resort management can address these issues promptly and efficiently.

Pleasant experience. The service was friendly, the weather was cool, and the breakfast was delicious. However, the noisy highway that was audible from the rooms and the shared jacuzzi and mosquitoes was halffaulty.

Pelayanan dan lingkungannya sangat baik. Kesan kamar dan toilet agak tidak nyata. Hanya terbuat dari bahan yang murahan. Kebersihan mendapat 3,5 poin, yang mana kurang bagus, dan isolasi suaranya sangat buruk, tetapi menarik karena saya mendengar suara pasangan tetangga sedang berhubungan seks. Seluruh proses berlangsung sekitar 25 menit dan orang-orang yang lewat akan malu.

The serene atmosphere provided the perfect setting for us to relax and enjoy each others company. The staff were exceptional, making sure every moment was special. When i checked in, the door lock in the room was broken, but the facility management quickly fixed it. I sat on a chair in front of the reception and it broke, fortunately, i didnt get injured. The room itself is very basic but habitable if you spend most of your day out. If you intend to stay inside, dont stay in, it gets very warm due to the wooden construction of the room. The showers temperature control is ultrasensitive a minor adjustment will change the hot water to cold water and vice versa. Every night there is a campfire, which is pleasant and in line with the glamping experience. An opportunity for value addition is providing marshmallows for guests to roast. It should be noted that the resort is located in a forest, so expect small insects to attract light at night. To prevent insects from congregating on your white bedsheets, turn off the main ceiling light and use the side lamps instead. The private outdoor jacuzzi was a welcome amenity, but on a weekday, the price was 488 myr or 110 usd for the garden view king room with a private jacuzzi. A more reasonable price for this experience would be around 300 myr per night (68 usd). Traveling to and from the gps of grab can be challenging if you dont drive. Inform your driver to use application maps and send him the directions. The glass panels surrounding the door allow a lot of light in, so it can be difficult to sleep late in. The soundproofing is also lacking as i could hear conversations going on outside my room clearly. The provided breakfast tastes good, but you should probably have it at 8.30 am as there are no food warmers placed beneath the chafing dish. Overall, the stay was a relatively enjoyable outdoor experience, but not luxurious, which takes the glamour out of glamping. The resort could consider providing outdoor activities such as target archery, movie screenings at night, or bicycles, which will help make the nearby gohtong jalan permai town more accessible and improve the value of the stay.
