This place is nice and comfortable. The staff is friendly. The price is reasonable. But the shower is not hot enough. And the wallpaper in my room is peeling. The location is close to many food so thats a plus.

The location is excellent, directly across from starling mall, with an access tunnel just a few meters from the hotel that leads directly into the mall. Additionally, there are numerous dining and beverage options within easy reach. The staff is extremely friendly, and the rooms are wellmaintained and impeccably clean. While it may not be extravagant, it is wellmanaged. I highly recommend anyone to consider staying here.

Excellent value in a reasonably priced room in damansara uptown. The toilet is also unexpectedly large. The best is opposite starling.

The location is very close to the escalator access to starling mall. The price is worth it with the good location. The room is spacious with a shower, but there is nowhere to put soap or shampoo bottles. The cleaning service is very good. Soap and shampoo provided is inadequate, so buy some at the pharmacy next door.

If i were in the area again, i would stay here. Excellent location. The room was tidy and tidy. The receptionist waited for me when i arrived late (1 am) despite my informed them that my flight is arriving later than expected. There were no bed bugs, and the bed was quite comfortable.

The location is good, clean, slippers included, safe included, powerful showerhead in the bathroom, toothbrush and toothpaste included. However, there is no elevator so it is not suitable for elderly people.

I adore this simple hotel! The lack of a lift and the necessity to climb the stairs arent a problem for me. I adore how the bed is a japanese concept with no bed frame but a mattress on a raised platform. The bathroom and room are tidy, and toiletries are provided. I really appreciate the water dispenser as well. I had trouble connecting my phone screen to the tvs lack of free channels. That was my only issue, but im still giving them five stars.

The japanese interior design is stunning! The hotel is in a great location, directly across from the starling mall, close to damansara uptown, and close to several food options! If you drive, consider parking at the starling mall, which offers safety and convenience in a double parking area with high traffic. Additionally, guests at this hotel can enjoy a 10% discount on their stay at ketai kopi malay, located directly below the hotel. Enjoy delicious, authentic malaysian cuisine!.

This is a good hotel for a short trip. There is no closet, only a hanger for clothes on the wall. No mini fridge. No free coffee. Only bottled water is provided. There is a water heater and the pressure is great, but the shower can really use a curtain. Water sprays everywhere and half the toilet gets wet. Not a big fan of the squared toilet seat. The bed is probably foam, firm and comfortable. The bedsheet looks clean and tidy. Great reception service. Updates, excellent front desk service. Thats what good customer service should be. Some hole decided to smoke in his room while the hotel is supposed to be a no smoking zone, the whole second floor smells of smoke. So i actually went to the front desk to ask if they could ask my neighbors to stop smoking, they actually gave me a new room on another floor. Thumbs up!.

Excellent location for getting around outside of the city. Walking distance includes a variety of excellent local, japanese, korean, and western restaurants. The rooms are reasonably priced if you have the money - if you have the money, reserve the larger rooms. There is free parking, but there is paid parking at the starling mall.

I absolutely adore this hotel. The interior design was simple yet comfortable, making it an ideal choice for travelers. Additionally, it is conveniently located just in front of starling mall, within walking distance. Just acroos de road, and you can find yourself right in the heart of de mall!.

Kamarnya cukup bersih dan nyaman. Lokasinya juga bagus. Namun, tidak disarankan untuk orang tua karena dari jalan ke lobi harus naik tangga yang cukup tinggi, dan dari lobi ke kamar juga harus naik tangga lagi yang cukup tinggi. Alangkah tidak masuk akal jika membawa koper. Karena tidak ada lift, jadi agak sulit untuk mencapai kamar.
